Description of Work: Hard to make appointment, then on day of service claimed that I didn't have an appointment, luckily I wrote down the name of the person I spoke with to make app't. The worker came to my house in an unmarked truck and dirty uniform. He vacuumed and inspected my house furnace and reported it was O.K. |I just feel I couldn't count on them in the future if they can't even handle making an appointment. |

Description of Work: George cleaned a lot of dog hair out my two very old floor furnaces (1930s?) and re-lit them, along with a few minor repairs to get everything working smoothly. A challenging process, but George was good humored and patient throughout. Now I know who to call to clean them (more often from now on...). Thank you!

Description of Work: 50+ year old furnace was making noise and starting slowly in the mornings. Repairman showed up on time, disassembled and cleaned some parts, replaced a worn belt, and tested it repeatedly to my satisfaction.
