Description of Work: L&O was recommended to me by a co-worker. After getting 3 other bids to replace our broken A/C and furnace, we decided to go with L&O partially because of price (they weren't the cheapest, but far from the most expensive) and partially because of the good reviews on Angie's List. On the day of the estimate, a subsequent visit to get some measurements and the day of the install, they were prompt and professional. There were no surprises at the time of the install, and everything seems to be working perfectly.
