It was a typical price. It was expensive. There were 2 people doing the installation and it took all day. Everything was done very well. Very clean.

I had been having a major problem finding a reliable, reasonable and professional company to maintain my furnace .quite a few years back when my neighbor, who has been here since 1976, strongly recommended L&O to me. As rarely as I need to have them out, it is good to know that they're out there. They are 100% professional and are on time and reasonable. I actually had another company come out and tell me that I had to replace my furnace. That is when my neighbor told me to try L&O, That was EIGHT YEARS AGO. L&O came out and performed a couple of tune up tasks, and that furnace that "needed replacement" 8 years ago, is still pumping out warm, dry, clean air. The L&O technicians are easy to understand and won't give you complicated or cryptic information. That's a plus - because I don't know a condenser from a can of condensed milk. I have had them back a few times over the past few years and my furnace is working very well.

We have been calling L&O for nearly 30 years. They have serviced, repaired, replaced our equipment and advised us very well. We highly recommend this company. They are currently installing a new complete new AC/heating system, replacing our previous one which they installed many years ago. We are completely satisfied with their work, their professionalism, their pricing, their service, their punctuality and the attitude of every person we have encountered who is associated with this company. And, in addition to our home, we also call them for service for our rental home. A+++!

They came out a week or two after the other guy came out. The owner came out and he was knowledgeable. When he gave the quote, the quote was for a better unit at a lower price. He was able to offer that. The solution to the repair and replacement of the unit was pretty much about the same although he had more competitive pricing.

I had installed a Hard Start cap on the unit about 2 1/2 years ago. The unit worked great till the end of last summer when it just started blowing hot air. I shut the unit down and saw the Hard Start cap had died. I removed the Hard Start cap but was afraid to start the unit up. I contacted Land O yesterday 4/10/2014 and left a message. I received a call a few hours later and they said they could come out the next day (4/11/2014) between 10:00 am and noon. About 10:30 am or so Rick showed up. He was on time, friendly and very professional. I explained the history to him and then he took a look at the unit. Pulled the cover and inspected several items and checked for any leaks. He then asked me to go in and turn on the air. I did. It groaned for a few seconds but then seemed to start working. He stayed around and made several measurements and checked the the air output. The unit seems to be working great. As the unit is approx. 12 years old, he suggested I might want to install another Hard Start cap. That's it. Even though there was nothing really wrong, I didn't want to take the chance and possibly take out the compressor. So it got a full inspection and I feel it was money well spent. I will definitely call them again.

Technician arrived and spent about 45 minutes working on furnace and diagnosis. Tech determined that a new fan motor was necessary. Technician provided and installed a motor.

The process couldn't have gone any better. Scott designed three zone system and it works great. I was especially impressed with the expertise of the technician in taking care that the system install was going to work as planned. The install took a week and it was a week of quality work.

The service provided was excellent. I was given a 4 hour window when the tech would show up to perform routine maintenance on my heater/air conditioner and he showed up right at the beginning of that window. The tech did a great job cleaning out the heating and air conditioning units and made sure all rooms and areas outstide were cleaned up before the left. I have been doing business with this company since I moved into my house in 1992 and will continue to do so.

Rick arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem. Reset the rollover lockout switch. Explained to me all the different resets that could be required in the future. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service, the price, and their punctuality.

Have used them a couple of times. Very nice and responsive. Good work. Prices are reasonable within category. Repairs and major work have been performed.

Crew arrived at the appointed time. The overall project was completed in two days. Removed old furnace and disposed of it. Installed new furnace, AC and condenser.Replaced existing duct system w/ new flexible duct system. Replaced the old return air grille w/ a larger more efficient one. Replaced all vent registers in each room. Added additional air outlet in living room and dining room. Installed a new programmable thermostat. Crew arrived on time were very professional and cleaned up satisfactorily each day.

The technician was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain things in detail and finished in about 1 hour. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I feel the price for the service was great! I will definitely use them again in the spring/summer to service my air conditioner.

They do a good job, are very professional, knowledgeable, and respond very quickly if they have any problems.

A competitive price, competent choice of equipment, but a couple of shortcuts. Good knowledge of his products, in spite of some off-beat requirements. Personable. Did not pick him, but he was our second (close) choice.

Once scheduled, everything went very smoothly. Crew chiefs Jorge and Bill were great. The existing system was removed and the new compressor unit was installed along with new piping on day one. Day two was installing the new furnace in the attic space, finishing the gas and electrical connections and hooking up the new controller. At the end of day two the furnace was working, so we had heat (we were only without heat for one night). On day three the ductwork, humidity controller and new registers were installed. The entire system was completed on time. The crew was polite, quick and cleaned up after themselves. When they left at the end of each day, the place was spotless and they let us know approximately what time they would be back in the morning and what to expect when they arrived.

The visits by Mr. Olson, the Company representative were very informative, helpful, and not high pressure. Mr. Olson did not try to persuade us to buy equipment or a size of units larger than we needed. He was patient and answered our phone calls to answer questions before we decided. Land O Heating and Air Conditioning arrived exactly on time on the day scheduled, after the old ducting had been removed by the abatement company. First the old furnace was removed and hauled away. The new ducting was installed. The combined furnace and air conditioning equipment was installed in the furnace space. A pad was placed at the side of the house where the compressor was set. All tubing and wiring was installed, the thermostat was installed, and a ducting pressure test was performed. There was no damage that occurred anywhere in connection with the work or the workmen. The lead person answered all questions as the work proceeded and complied with all requests.

They did an awesome job. Very professional, great communication, and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have been happier with the work.

Scott and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were prompt, friendly, unobtrusive, and clearly took pride in their workmanship. They paid close attention to detail and took the time to do it right. Between their reputation and the record-breaking heat this summer, we had to wait several weeks for the work. It was well worth it! We are so happy with the new system. The work area was completely cleaned up each night. There was no high-pressure sales pitch AND, the price was very reasonable compared to the other estimates we received.

Scott, was on time for our in home estimate. He gave us many options and explained everything that would be done. We had 3 estimates done, and picked L and O, based on the best price. The crew that came out, were neat and professional.

Very nice people. Took the time to point out a part that will need service in the future. He wrote down my model number so that next year when I'm ready to replace the part, he will know what to order so he will only have to do a single visit to actually put the new part in. The service man also showed up exactly on time.

IT WAS EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK. I WAS VERY SATISFIED. IT WAS JUST THAT THEY ACTUALLY WENT THROUGH AND CHECKED EVERYTHING WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER TO MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM WAS WORKING RIGHT. IT WAS AN OVERALL SERVICE, FILTER, AND CLEANING. THEY SPEND THE TIME AND THE EFFORT TO CHECK IT ALL OUT AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

WOW! THEY WERE NEAT, ON TIME, DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO, AND 4 HOURS LATER WE FELT LIKE WE WERE IN A NEW HOME. THEN WHEN WE MOVED WE FOUND OUT THEY DID OUR NEW HOME. ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS CALL, AND THEY ARE THERE THE SAME DAY FOR ANYTHING EVEN A FILTER CHANGE. WE REFERRED THEM TO 3 OTHERS WHO GOT THEIRS DONE AS WELL.
