The result is beautiful. This is really quality work which was done timely and efficiently.I highly recommend Jeff. It was a very good experience.

When he came out to estimate the job, Jeff offered a lot of useful advice about where to get materials, and details of the planned construction. Jeff typically works on one job at a time, so after a bit of a wait for a gap in his schedule, he got started. He and his assistant Brian showed up on time and worked every weekday until the job was complete, which as about a week. They cleaned up every day and left the place very clean. Both Jeff and Brian have a great attitude and take great pride in their work. They are super easy to get along with, and really want to make sure the customer is happy with the work. The travertine floor, tub surround and shower walls look great. The granite countertop also looks really nice (Jeff used a sub-contractor to cut the hole for the under-mount sink.) Overall I'm extremely happy with the job and will use Jeff again when I remodel my guest bathroom.

We had a great experience with Jeff. He was always prompt and on time. He completed the work within the time frame that he first proposed. There were a few hiccups in the process partly due to our inexperience however these were dealt by Jeff in professional manner. Jeff managed the entire remodel project as a project manager coordinating with the plumber to install the pedestal sink, granite counter tops with granite guy and shower doors with glass guy. He even picked up the granite for us. Jeff worked with honesty and as if he was doing the job at his own house. We definitely and strongly recommend him.

Jeff is so patient and has wonderful communication. We were attempting to time the compeltion of our sun room and Jeff coming in within a day since all the furniture was moved out into our main house - which resulted in very cramped space. We had an approx. week that the sun room would be completed but could not provide an exact date. Jeff was so flexable and had great communication. We touched base ever few day's and he accommodated our scheduale while working his other jobs. Not only is he quick, he is neat, clean and very organized.

The progress went very well. Jeff and crew showed up everyday until the project was completed 100%.

Mr. Urie was very professional in helping with the design of the project. Once the work began, it was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The price was reasonable and the end result looked great. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.

Jeff finished the job in approximately two days, and even came back the following week to re-seal the tile for us. I would recommend Jeff for any tile job and would use him again myself for future projects.

Jeff was punctual, professional, and overall someone that you feel fine having in your house working. Work was very good and as important, the communication was as well. 100% recommend him. *** i hate to do it but i do need to update this. While he was working here, we had an issue with the kitchen tiles cracking in a new floor. i agreed to hire Jeff to fix them, and I used his quoted amount to bill the previous contractor whose vendor installed them and he was willing to compensate me to help make the bad work right. Jeff ended up getting busy and subbing the work to my general contractor's asst who was working in the house as well. I had no problem with that, but the work done there was not good, and the grout and more tiles cracked. i asked Jeff to come back, and i would pay him to fix it himself, by someone who was an everyday tile guy, not an asst. he agreed. months passed. he got back to me saying he was too busy to deal with it now. Again, per my original review, Jeff is a good guy, and does do good work for sure, but i will say he did leave me a little high and dry on this one.

Jeff is the subcontractor my general contractor is using for my bahtrooms. The price I listed above is for the tile labor quote from my general, so it is probably a bit high, since my general adds on management fees. Now that that's clairified, I want to say what a pleasure Jeff was to work with. He was neat, clean, punctual and my bahtroom looks beautiful. I was concerned when the tile was delivered that it didn't look the same as in the showroom. Jeff was helpful and patient and laid out how it would look in the shower and I couldn't be happier with the end result. i will keep Jeff's infor and use him again as well as refer him to anyone looking for a good tile person.

I have a shower in my home built in 1987. It had a leak in the floor. I was concerned because the tiles were so old that I would not find a match that I could live with and I did not want to retile the whole shower which would mean going into the bath surround and would be really expensive. Jeff came and gave me various options to suit my budget. He was great as I was really worried it would cost too much. He found a tile, although it was not a perfect match it was ok, and he only had to retile the floor and twelve'' up the wall. He was very professional, old school, doing a deal on a handshake. He arrived punctually, if he was going to be late he would call. although it took longer than I expected he did a good clean job and I would certainly recommend him.

After finally receiving the correct Travertine, and losing a day on the project, Jeff decided to work through the weekend to ensure it was done in a timely manner. He was meticulous and followed the intricate Versailles pattern from our current flooring flawlessly. You cannot even tell the new flooring from the old. We couldn't be happier with our new flooring, and our decision to use Jeff to do the install for us! His personal and professional integrity were a breath of fresh air, and I now have a flooring installer for life! Do not hesitate to choose Jeff to do any work for you!
