Pete's plumbing was awesome. They came when they said they were going to come. They gave good service and actually did a couple of extra things for me. Their pricing was reasonable.

Overall, I am so pleased with their personnel, services, and professionalism. They never leave a mess. They are wonderful, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Having used Pete's several times before and having had a great experience with their repairman, Ron, I asked for Ron to tackle these jobs as well. He did the work promptly and effectively, eliminating both leak problems and offering sound advice on repairing or replacing in the future if similar problems recur. Ron's a great representative of Pete's Plumbing and I recommend his work highly. The price with Pete's is sometimes higher than I've found with other services, but after using Lowe's recommended installer on a garbage disposal unit and getting far-from-stellar work, I'm happy to pay for the pros at Pete's to handle any plumbing work that I need done in quality fashion.

They were very good. I had installed the sink; the mains and the drainage were leaking. They fixed that up. They did a good quality job and they were responsive.

Ron arrived, and was very polite and courteous. He got right to the job and pointed out the difficulty with the old plumbing, and the lack of availability of some parts. Not knowing who made the stems, he took pictures with his phone and sent them to his company who assisted in finding the parts needed. He left my house to find the parts. Before returning; he called to let me know he was on his way back with the parts. He was only gone for one hour, and returned with the parts needed to complete the job. The valves were repaired, and tested. The area was cleaned up. Ron did an outstanding job! I will call Pete's Plumbing first on any other plumbing issues.

I use them 90% of the time, the other 10% is becuse they are not avalible or i find a lower cost provider.

I'm a first time home owner and I'm learning who to call for what and what to ask. I wasn't aware that they were going to, but they sent a plumber and a plumber's assistant, which I believe was $123/hr. I had a bigger list but after I realized what the cost would be, I limited the list down. In hindsite, I wish I would have asked or known upfront about two people coming to do the work. While they were professional and did the work, I'm on a budget and am looking for practical, casual, down-to-earth workers. I realized that the work I had them do, could have been done by general maintenance folks, rather than plumbers at this costs. Great kudos to the assistant for keeping it real and bending the arm for a quick fix on one toilet. That is the kind of no-nonsense service I need most right now. I may use them for bigger plumbing issues, but I'll keep looking for general maintenance.

The plumber found another possible future problem and recommended some more work. He had the owner come out to go over it with us and he agreed that we don't need to do it right now. My parents enjoyed meeting him as it's their house.

They were punctual, reliable and professional. They were technically knowledgeable. They had all the parts required and competitively priced. They cleaned up well, after the job.

Great. They had to do some extra work due to a panel hiding the pipes and they did not charge extra for that. In fact, they gave us a small discount due to an add in the local paper.

The guy was really great and he looked at everything in detail and told me the difference between the long term and short term solutions.

Their crew cleaned out the septic drain on one side of my house. I had had repeated problems with a drain on the other side and had used other companies. I tried Pete's when a friend referred me to them. They arrived promptly, were very professional in their manner, cleaned up after themselves, and got the job done. They did an excellent job and charged less than any of the other companies--and didn't try to sell me a year's coverage, as the others did. The drain has functioned fine ever since. I will use them again for plumbing when I do bathroom remodeling.

The job they did was a little off at first, as we were not totally happy with some of the piping. They immediately came back free of charge and ensured all the work was perfect. This made us very happy.

My home is a small Spanish bungalow built in 1932 making the plumbing and the home 75 years old, top off that with very minimal crawl space under the house and you have a recipe for problems. Pete's Plumbing came out on time and gave me a very reasonable price, the job was done top notch and on time. I will be using Pete's again.

I showed the representative what I needed done and he took measurements of the face bowl. He said that he would call me back the next day with an estimate. However, I ended up calling him back and he quoted me ''$552.12'' for materials and labor. I felt the pricing was RIDICULOUSLY HIGH and needless to say, I did not select Pete's Plumbing to do the work.

Plumbers cut my pipes before they knew that they could not get under my house (despite being informed previously) and left me without water for 2-3 weeks. They did not offer to install a temporary fix (Install toilet/lav while I waited) and told me that they would charge extra for their mistake. Plumbers cut my electrical wires during work. There was poor communication between the plumbers and client. I would never use Pete's plumbing again.

They did a great job for a very reasonable cost (I had been estimated a much higher cost from some other companies) The guy they sent was a little late but they called to let me know it. He unclogged my drain and fixed my leak in about an hour and a half and he also advised me about a part I needed to order for my refrigerator that they didn't carry. I would definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to a friend--and on top of all of this, I had a $5.00 off coupon for them from our local newpaper!

Highly recommend this family owned business. Professional, honest, and worked expeditiously. Provided helpful tips on proper care of plumbing fixtures to prolong and improve service life. Explained and showed why parts needed replacement or repair. Cleaned up after work was completed and even made a slight adjustment to work hours billed because he received too many service calls while on the job. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing work.

They were very quick to schedule an appointment and very prompt. The plumber impressed me by cleaning up very well after his work. I only wish they were able to repair the drywall rather than referring me to another company.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR OVER 15 YEARS. MY ENTIRE FAMILY USES HIM. I HAVE REFERRED THEM TO MANY PEOPLE. THEY ARE ON TIME FOR THERE SERVICES. THEY CALL BACK QUICKLY IF NEEDED. MY HEATER WAS OLD BUT THEY WORK WITH IT AS LONG AS THEY COULD BEFORE HAVING TO INSTALL A NEW ONE.
