Description of Work: I called Pete's plumbing and explained that the line that connects to my fridge was hooked up to hot water and I needed it rerouted to cold water - new fridge was being installed and I needed it done before the installation. I also explained I needed fixtures and valves replaced in bathroom. I was told I would have to wait a few days, until Thursday before they could get out. They would rerout the line and take a look at bathroom and give me estimate. $95 per hour quote. The plumber came out on time, was professional, but looked at the job and said it was a two man job as someone would have to go under the house. He looked at the bathroom and said he would get me an estimate and timeline for both by the end of the day. I've never heard back from them. I wasted time waiting for them, which resulted in not being able to get my fridge line rerouted before installation. My feeling is they just didn't want to go under the house.

+ -1 moreMY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY WAS VERY POSITIVE. THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE PROBLEM NEVER CAME BACK. WE HAD TWO DIFFERENT COMPANIES THAT ROOTED OUT THE LINE, AND THE PROBLEM DID COME BACK. THIS COMPANY WAS THE CHEAPEST, AND THE BEST OUT OF THE THREE.
