Description of Work: They replaced my roof - upgraded vents, installed a reflective layer to reduce heat loss, replaced gutters and downspouts plus added some downspouts, installed a gutter guard, replaced all windows, repaired faulty stucco work around windows, replaced wood with Hardie-plank, patched stucco in areas, added outdoor lights, painted both the stucco, trim and Hardie-Plank.

Description of Work: They did repairs to my roof at my house in El Dorado Hills. There were some leaks they repaired and they reinforced the flashing around our two chimneys. I never experienced any additional problems in the areas they repaired. The repair work was performed sometime around 2005 but I was unable to input that information.

Description of Work: I had a downspout that was blocked and had been so for quite awhile. When I realized that it was blocked I also found that I had an extensive amount of dry rot in the facia of my roof. Unfortunately the worst of it was where my satellite dish is mounted. I found Straightline here on Angie's List. I had them replace the facia boards on drip edge on the entire side of my house. They showed up right on time |and the worked their tails off all day. They did a great job and left the job site spotlessly clean. I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend them

Description of Work: Roof replacement . Started this project in Oct 2014 and finally passed code March 2015. Too many issues to list, leaks, damage, Every day they were on site there were issues. Who knows what is hidden that is not to code or should have been done. Different crews on different days. No communication with the office. As a senior this is why too much stress having to be a hands on supervisor.

Description of Work: We used Straightline Roofing to make several repairs on a terra-cotta tile style roof, replace flashing and install a new chimney cap. They also repaired fascia boards and installed new rain gutters. From the estimate to the work, they showed up on time and were extremely professional. They even worked with us to deliver some materials to the job early so the lumber could be primed and painted before installation of the rain gutters. They cleaned up each day and came back promptly to caulk an area that was missed. Overall very satisfied and will definitely use again.

Description of Work: I hired them for some roof repairs on a rental home. They pointed out that the roofing in place was done incorrectly. During the repair they noticed some dry rot under the shingles and repaired this at a reasonable cost. They matched the old shingles and you cannot even tell that any work was done.

Description of Work: Relocated, mounted, re-sided and painted a downspout that was running down the inside of a wall to the outside of the wall. They've also done other work for me in the past and they've been great. My only concern is that their prices are a little high, but they're worth it. In the field of general contracting (I happen to be a contractor myself) it is hard to find somebody as responsive, talented, friendly and as responsible as this company. They're great! I'll certainly use them again.

Description of Work: We had a new roof installed on a twenty year old home. We reviewed a total of 4 roofing companies, and of the four companies we reviewed Straight Line Construction was the highest in cost. What swayed my wife and I, was the thoroughness of the presentation and review of what needed to be done on the roof. The delivery of the materials and the installation were done on different days. Both jobs were performed within the time frame promised during the presentation. We were pleased with the results of the installation and clean up done by the workers.
