EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT service & Installation. From the start, with CARPET sales rep: Tyler- professional and ‘awesome customer service. His carpet installers, JIM& RALPH were professional, efficient, +skillful, their yrs of experience showed in their superior work. Great team!! The TILE rep, Josh, great customer service as well & his installers, BENJAMIN & ROY were quick and skillful also. I would definitely use Valley Carpet & Tile again! Both Tyler & Josh returned calls quickly and I’m just so happy w/ the service they provided. Fantastic selection @ the showroom and everyone there is what customer service is all about!

I needed to install carpeting in my second floor condo to deaden noise to my downstairs neighbor. I know nothing about carpet, so I researched a bit and heard good things about Valley Carpet One. They were true!! The service, knowledge, and installation were excellent and I am very happy with the final results and the new look of my place.

Well, they showed up to measure, it's been over a week and a half and I still don't have their quote, so it didn't go very well. Very disappointed in their customer service, obviously.

They weren't the first company I visited, they were the 3rd. But once I talked to them and went over my needs and the process, it was clear they were the right choice. Everything was handled really well. From working with Tyler to find the right carpet that fit my style and needing to find a solution that wasn't going to break the bank, to scheduling that fit my schedule, and installation, it was a great experience. The carpet had a manufacturer warranty but also had a substantial installation warranty from Valley Carpet One. I've been able to see that they really stand behind their work and worked to make sure I was satisfied and if any additional help is needed down the line they are there to help. The installers really know what they are doing- I was surprised to see that level of detail and quality (I knew nothing about carpet installation before this). About carpet selection- I really wanted to avoid the dreaded dull beige we all know so well, or something that felt too ornate. They had a lot of choices for different tastes and budgets, I found something that felt modern, sophisticated and understated- I couldn't be happier with my selection.

These people are absolutely top-notch in every way. The customer service was unparalleled, the scheduling of work was very flexible, the workmanship was of high quality, and the overall experience was terrific. I highly recommend them and would use them for future projects. Our salesman was Tyler Zimmer. Everyone should be fortunate enough to work with him. He is very professional, accessible, collaborative, and a true joy to work with. All of the staff are very polite and courteous. I wish I had more projects for them!

Great! They have a large selection of carpet, the staff is helpful and informed and there is a wide variety for every budget. Everything went well from ordering to installation for both jobs. I was able to find nice, budget-friendly, durable carpet for the rental and the tenants were very happy. I have always wanted luxurious, pink carpet in my master bedroom and they had exactly what I was looking for. I am beyond thrilled and I absolutely love it! Photo attached. I will definitely go to Valley Carpet One for all of my future carpet and flooring needs!.

The job went very well. The sales rep was honest and pragmatic, the installers efficient and polite.

It took me a long time to choose a color, first starting with one palette and then completely switching to a different color altogether. Samantha was so kind and patient through all of the changes, helping me to select shades, ordering swatches and coming to my home multiple times to look at the samples in my space. Once the carpet was ordered, the installers did an amazing job. The carpet looks great and they moved and replaced all of my furniture to my exacting specifications (and I'm picky!). I had read reviews of Valley Carpet One so did not shop around. We had to upgrade the carpet in order to avoid shine and multiple color threads so my final price was higher than I had at first expected.

Absolutely perfectly. The job required removal of existing linoleum and carpeting, new install of latex subflooring, luxury vinyl install over three rooms all laid on a 45° angle, and new baseboards. My install was a bit problematic as it involved the approval of the Condo Board. Valley Carpet One went above and beyond by submitting specs to the Condo Board and backing up their choices with solid examples of previous work, and got me the approval I needed. They worked with my painter to make sure the baseboards were painted before install. And when there was a recurring problem with one area — caulk would absorb into the space along one mirrored wall and would not adhere — they waited until the flooring had settled and did the finishing touches to perfection. They had been recommended to me by a friend who had also recommended them to five other people, and I have since recommended them to people who have also used their services. Valley Carpet One is an incredible company, and I hope to engage them again when I do my bathroom and balcony,

After hiring Valley Carpet One to refinish our hardwood floors, we loved the experience and service so much that we brought them in to re-carpet the master bedroom. As expected, they offered fantastic advice and guidance, and they made the process super easy. We are exceptionally happy that we found them, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Worked with Chris, who contributed valuable design and placement advice and helped coordinate the job from start to finish. I thought that Chris was very responsive and attentive to our needs.

They were amazing. They came in after each time the floor had to be torn up to find the problem with the pipes. Our house was only 10 years old, and we were going through insurance. The first time through these repairs we had the floors done within 24 hours and the company that did them did a terrible job. I asked Valley Carpet to come in and repair the work. They replaced the original hardwood and worked with the budget to make two carpeted areas into hardwood as well, and the guy who did the installation was amazing! A little while later we had the second pipe break and we called Valley back to replace the tile in the kitchen and the entry. They had to rip up part of the hardwood to make it flow with the new section of wood that needed to be replaced. It was hard to watch him tear up the beautiful new flooring but he did such a phenomenal job and you cannot tell that the two sections of wood were installed months apart. Everyone from the scheduler to the tile and hardwood flooring installers, they were all amazing! I love them and have referred them to several people.

've lived in the Valley for most of my life and when we bought our new town home, I went to Carpet One because I had driven by it for so many years. The selection of carpets, hard wood flooring and commercial carpets was the largest I'd seen and the service was second to none. I worked with Marty Cohen and he spent countless time with me as we went through the selection process. In addition, he came over to our townhouse to offer suggestions with respect to the appropriate carpet choice and color for the newly painted walls. We were on a very tight time schedule and Marty and his team of installers accommodated our every need. The installers worked quickly, ever so accurately and left our home immaculate. I will certainly return for future purchases and recommend Valley Carpet One to all! If possible, we'd rate their work and stellar service with 10 stars!

The install crew arrived on-time and were very careful to protect our existing flooring. They cleaned up after themselves as they worked and even cleaned out the garage after they finished cutting the carpeting there. Our salesperson, Kris Kreeger, was very knowledgeable and very personable. He was able to assist us in matching our tile to the best carpet for our needs. The whole process from order placement to completion of the carpet install was handled very well. Kris was very prompt in answering questions and even came out to our home to measure the same day that we stopped by.

Excellent! Josh and Chris are both really helpful and very pleasant to work with. The installation crew was on schedule and did a clean, neat job. Several years ago I hired them to install wood flooring and carpet in our previous home. I was so happy with the work done, that when we moved into a condo I went right back to them without any reservations. I highly recommend Valley Carpet One.

The tile floor looks terrific and the salesperson was very willing to work with me in choosing tile, grout, etc until I was very happy about the choices -- in other words he was patient and wanted to make sure I got a beautiful result that fulfilled my vision. The installation team was also very communicative about making it just right for me. They were amiable, competent and fast. The only reason I'm not giving an A, but instead a B+ is because they mis-estimated the tile and had to order more and forgot to finish the seam where the carpet meets the kitchen tile at the doorway of the kitchen. They came back to finish that. But the job itself was a complicated diagonal pattern and they executed it perfectly, creating a stunning floor!

The work that was done was wonderful! They had a great price, were on time and very friendly. They were very patient and tended to my needs. They were clean professional and I would use them again in the future!

Valley Carpet One saved our butts TWICE. First, before we moved into the house, we had three bedrooms with filthy white carpet that needed to be replaced. Kris Kreeger came over to the house while it was still in escrow multiple times to help us figure out what we wanted to replace it with. I'd had foot surgery, and he even offered to swing by my house. Seriously, he couldn't have been better. But it turned out that while we were at the house, he pulled up the carpet and found original hardwood floors underneath. Based on Kris' estimate, we decided it was worth a little extra money to do the floors. They were STUNNING. We couldn't believe how gorgeous they were. Then, the day after we moved in, disaster struck and we had a flood. The bedrooms were fine but the kitchen, laundry room and dining room were a mess. The newer engineered hardwood floors that were in the rest of the house didn't dry properly in the dining room. Both the engineered and original hardwood had to be dug up in that room, and the engineered had to be pulled up everywhere else. I was totally heartsick and stressed out. But Kris and his crew came back and, holy crap, they did an outstanding job of repairing the dining room floor and refurbishing the original hardwood! The kitchen floors (gorgeous Alterna Stone) now outclass the kitchen, they're so fabulous. I can't upload photos, but you have to believe me when I say that our whole house now has absolutely AMAZING flooring. Our terrible luck turned to gold. They worked very well with our insurance company to deal with everything. I never had to worry. Josh Boyd was the project manager extraordinaire on both projects. We're ecstatic.
