Valley One was a dream to work with, professional and friendly from start to finish. Samantha was our point person who helped us through every part of the process, answered all our questions, was not pushy in the slightest. She really wanted to help us find what would be best for us given what we needed for our home and the budget we were working with. The showroom was very welcoming and well put together, and they were even able to make the installation happen on a fairly tight timetable so we could get the job done before moving in to our new place. The installer they sent, Miguel, did a fantastic job - super friendly, extremely efficient, really knew what he was doing. One year later, our carpet and the installation has held up great, we're still very happy with it. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

My experience really could not have been better. Tyler worked with me on the selection of an ideal hardwood flooring for my home. Additionally, we did a hand-woven wool carpet on the stairs, and they re-tiled my fireplace. The selection process was educational with zero pressure. Josh and Albert were my installers for the hardwood and tile. They were thorough in everything they did, and worked with me on the nuances of certain areas. They were punctual, communicative, and respectful. Any construction process in your home is going to be stressful, but they made it easy, and they were a pleasure to have around. Arturo installed my carpet, which only took a few hours. He did a great job. These people care about what they're doing and are masters of their craft. I've already referred them to several people and will use them again.

After a water leak we needed to replace carpet in our hallway and den. Valley Carpet One and Sandy Sanchez took very good care of us and the install was flawless. Sandy helped us match the carpet to our existing carpet and it looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Valley Carpet One. They have an amazing new showroom where we were able to find just what we needed.

I've done business with this company times. I've never been disappointed. Advice, selection. scheduling, delivery and expert installation has always been provided. This is the place to go for flooring. I have and will recommend over and over again.

With the help of Samantha, I ended up choosing the most amazing wood flooring, Engineered Select & Better Yellow Birch Natural by Lauzon. It is gorgeous & I couldn’t be happier!! I love it better than the floors that I needed to replace. Samantha has amazing patience & was so helpful in my choosing the right flooring..Marty, owner of Valley Carpet One, only puts out excellent work. His team is friendly & competent. They know how to do an excellent job! Everyone was very professional.... Marty put my Mom’s flooring in many years ago & he also put in my first wood flooring in 2015. Both jobs were excellent in every way....

We replaced the carpet and put tile in the kitchen and bathrooms in our condominium. The colors, style, and quality that we picked out are just right (thanks Tyler for your spot on opinions). The two crews that worked on the project were great. They often don’t get mentioned by name, but they will here. Amazing! Joshua helped me decide on my vinyl and carpet choices! The installations where all very quick and easy! Everyone was beyond professional and if I ever had a question I always got a prompt response!

His carpet installers, JIM& RALPH were professional, efficient, +skillful, their yrs of experience showed in their superior work. Great team!! The TILE rep, Josh, great customer service as well & his installers, BENJAMIN & ROY were quick and skillful also. I would definitely use Valley Carpet & Tile again! Both Tyler & Josh returned calls quickly and I’m just so happy w/ the service they provided. Fantastic selection @ the showroom and everyone there is what customer service is all about!
