Description of Work: Tyler came out from Valley Carpet One to provide an estimate based on our request to replace the carpet with a similar style within our budget. Additional communications over email plus a showroom visit to confirm the final carpet selection. There was a blip in getting the selected carpet on the day we originally expected, so there was some scrambling, but we were only a few days off. On the day of installation, my key broke inside of my front door lock (only way into the Condo) and Marty was accommodating with the 30+ minute delay as we awaited the locksmith. I can't say the carpet was amazing, as I did have a tight budget so I think the padding may have been less cushy than what I had, but I can't fault Carpet Valley One for that.

Description of Work: We had our entire upstairs flooring redone. About 1000 square feet. We had hardwood installed in two guestrooms and the rest (master bedroom, hallway, stairway) we had new carpet installed. We were very pleased with the workers, the installation and the results. We worked with the Marty at Valley Carpet One and he was great. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: I called Valley One based primarily on the hgih number of positive reviews I read on this site. I have not purchased carpet recently and was overwhelmed by the choices. Tyler helped me and put together a great package of carpet for my entire house. Based upon my discussion with him and the questions he asked, Tyler was able to identify a grade of carpet that was perfect for my needs. Tyler also helped us decide on a color. Sometimes the small swatches do not translate to lkarge areas, however, Tyler knew exaclty what color would look best based upon his viewing of our home. The installers were also very good in my opinion and installed four rooms of carpet, stairs,closets and hallways in about four hours. The installation was flawless. These guys are truly as good as the other reviewers said they were.
