We got them from Angie's List because the people we were using to service our pool were doing a bad job. They were able to bring our pool back up to tip top shape. There was an accident that happened but they took complete responsibility for it and made sure everything was right.

They gave us some quotes. I really like them. They came out late and did some work. They even came out on a holiday. They are easy to get a hold of. They are on the ball. They also seem very organized.

They were very professional and prompt. They were quick to follow up on any questions. They have been excellent.

I have been searching for a new pool service company and, so far, have been impressed with the level of service and attention paid by Spectrum Pool Care. It is, however, much too early in my relationship with this group to offer a definitive evaluation. I will enter a report within the next few months but, as of now, I am pleased. The prices charged are a bit more than I have been used to paying but, if the service is as good as promised, it will be worth it.

Spectrum came out and promptly fixed my leak. However after the job was completed I saw we were still losing a lot of water in the same area. Turns out there was another leak due to stress put on the pump and they didn't fix that one (we didn't know we had a problem though). I called back and they came and fixed that in a couple of days. I liked them and their professional service enough that I asked them to do my monthly pool maintenance. I thought the plumbing repairs were slightly overpriced, but I guess I had been used to less experienced and professional pool service. I feel like I am in really capable hands with spectrum, so you get what you pay for!

Spectrum has been caring for our pool and waterfall/pond for about a year now. After a disastrous experience with two other pool companies, we decided to give them a try since they had a very good rating on Angie's. Larry, the owner, came out and meet with me and we discussed what needed to be done. He was clearly very knowledgeable and seemed to be very much driven by a commitment to excellence, which was what I was looking for. They were not the cheapest but as in many things, you often get what you pay for. The service to date has been top notch and they have been efficient, prompt and communicative. Our pool and pond has never looked better. When there is the rare problem (our pond and waterfall are difficult to maintain), it is quickly dealt with and Larry communicates what needs to be done to rectify it. I can always contact Larry quickly and he is very fast to respond with an indepth, professional and courteous response. I highly recommend them! They are definitely heads and shoulders above your average pool service company!

They were very timely, professional, and responsive. The pool guy was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the info I needed and answer my questions. He gave me confidence in terms of his knowledge and willingness to explain and follow up with me. Their responsiveness was unusually good. I wanted to use them for my regular service but they were not available and recommended another company.

They were excellent. I called him one evening and he came out the next day. I wasn't home but he did the repair and left a bill. It was a simple repair and solved the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs pool work.

They have been great so far. They came right out the day after we called them. They gave us a good price and I love the saline in the pool. It is really nice and I would recommend them to other people.

They did the work very efficiently and effectively. The Jacuzzi looked great when they were finished. I can't remember how much they charged I do know that it was very reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

I called them on a Monday, the service tech showed up on Tuesday, assessed the situation and ordered the new parts, which he then returned and installed on Friday of the same week. The installation took about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, Mark discovered a switch that I did not even know about, and now that it has been turned on, my jacuzzi is working even better than before.

When I initially called Larry, I was frustrated with another company that never returned calls and never showed up as promised. Larry not only answered my 1st call, but was at my house within 1/2 hour to assess my pool needs. As I was out of town at the time and had JUST had the pool re-plastered, he was a huge relief for me and he was very responsive! Larry and his staff have been very knowledgeable and reliable from the 1st call through 4 months of service to date! My service guy doesn't just come and spend 10 minutes a week on my pool. He's very thorough and spends the time needed to make sure my pool looks the best it can.

I contacted Spectrum after having repeated problems with my then existing maintenance company which apparently was unable to properly care for a salt water pool and related equipment. Mark from Spectrum came in, did the initial assessment, provide a quote for needed work. He was on time, professional and answered my many questions. We authorized the work. The work was done on time in the manner required and the pool is now sparkling and a pleasure to enjoy. We have subsequently signed a maintenance contract for our weekly and annual services.

I worked out a monthly fee to be paid to Spectrum, and it actually works well for me and them. I think it is a good rate. They were very polite and comprehensive when they came out. I think that because they showed up on time that shows that they are reliable.

We have been using them for two months now after having had to fire our previous pool company due to numerous problems. What a night and day difference. They are responsive, the quality of their work is excellent and our pool and pond are once again looking pristine. They are at the high end price-wise but in this case, you do appear to get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

Got our pool up and running with no problems. Very pleasant to work with. Forgot to give them Angie's List coupon for 2 weeks free service but will ask now that service will be starting next week.

Larry was punctual and very reliable. He left the premises clean after installing the heater. His pool man did a beautiful job of keeping my pool water clear and chemicals well balanced. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Spectrum one afternoon. I asked that they come the following morning. They did. Solved the problem for a reasonable price. I feel completely satisfied.

Larry was pleasant to deal with and effective at communicating services and options. Office staff was also pleasant and efficient. Regular service technician was efficient and friendly, and gave me additional information and assistance.

Excellent. The actual problem turned out to be a simple fix, but Larry came out on a Sunday since we were in the middle of a large swim clinic and needed our pool fixed asap. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

They were fantastic. They arrived on time and finished the work quickly with no mess. Having had other pool repair people (late, left a mess, over-charged), I can tell you that Spectrum is superb. And Ron & Rob are very plesant people, too.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROMPT AND PREDICTABLE. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT POOLS. THEY INFORMED US WHEN MORE WORK WAS NEEDED ON OUR POOL. WE TRUST THEM.
