People stay away Spectrum Pool care they are crocs specially a technician name Miguel very unprofessional never answers his phone when you text him he text you back I'll call you back never does he is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. STAY AWAY!!

We had a rat infestation in our old heater. It was totally dead. Spectrum came out, gave us an estimate, and replaced the heater. They were supposed to return to add a redirect vent to the the heater so it was not venting toward our children’s room that has an exterior door (which is a safety hazard). We’ve reached out approximately a dozen times. Both to the office (which never returns our calls) and to the technician (who always promises he’ll get to it). It’s now been 4 months since the heater was installed and still nothing. We gave them one last shot and reached out to the technician. He agreed to come today, only to cancel on us. We had to give up on this company and move on.

They clean my pool every weak. They do a very good job, know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. I will recommend them and use them, again.

been servicing pool and spa for a couple of years. have to call for repairs regularly... not backwashed as it should be. Heater needs service and not handled. Call for repairs often days before they get to it. Been out of service for weeks.

It went perfect!! Brian gave me an estimate and then he contacted me to see if I had any questions. He set up an appointment to do the job. It took 2 days as he had said. He was always professional and knowledgeable. He finished the job on Wednesday but made an effort to come back on Thursday to explain everything to my husband. I was very very happy with this company!!!

Our pool is old and needed updating of the light and skimmer. I've emailed Spectrum Pool Care info and photos. The response was timely. Tomo showed up to the appointment as expected. Communication was excellent . He's knowledgeable and experienced. He suggested to install new lines. Relocating the equipment away from the house while at it made sense. Later he emailed a proposal with the different alternatives scenarios we discussed that I was interested in and I decided which selection to go with. I appreciated his professional no pressure approach and answering my questions. Tomo showed up as expected on the day the work was to start on. He started emptying the pool, and preparing the area. He communicated well with our electrician to get power from the house to the new location for the pump and light. The work was performed by Tomo and his team over about a week, well within the agreed time, without any complications or complaints from the tenants or neighbors. The place was left clean. Tomo also explained to the tenants how to use the changed features. The communication with Amanda, else at the office was also very good. We're very pleased with the experience.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the removal of our pool heater. The provider came out and clarified everything so I am very pleased with the work.

Tomo's work required special care and knowledge of a complex integrated pool plumbing system. His performance was well above average and he is a trustworthy person.

I just used Spectrum for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience. The heater in my Endless Pool had failed for the second time (lasting only a little over two years). Their tech Chris came out and explained to me why the heater did not last very long (due to poor design) and suggested another larger heater that would be more efficient and have a longer life span. Wish I had had that input the first time I replaced it, also after a short two year lifetime. They installed it quickly, left the site cleaner than when they arrived and I was very happy with their service. After they left I smelled what I thought was a burning smell, was concerned, called Chris who said it was most likely just the normal smell a new heater makes when starting up but if I was concerned to turn it off and he would come back. He did, on his day off (Saturday). It was just the normal new heater burnoff smell and additionally he replaced a gauge that had nothing to do with the heater but seemed to be faulty, at no additional charge. Their prices are fair and their service is fabulous so I am happy to recommend them.

Miguel was the serviceman. He was great. I feel I got the best price on the manufacturers replacement part. Although a wee bit expensive, was great service and no more problems. I feel I got my money's worth. He was great. I would recommend.

Spectrum came to me after a very rocky relationship with my previous pool man and the professionalism was such a welcome relief. They literally saved me from some massive damage and now my pool is sparkling clean and perfectly heated.

Very basic service for $165, though professional and timely. Overpriced for what I got (cleaned filter vs. replaced; semi-cleaned spa cover but didn't condition, etc.).

The guys came out prompltly, we're super polite and knowledgable, identified the problem rigt away and fixed it. No issues whatsoever. Totally trustworthy and very fair. I would go back to them for all my pool needs.

The kid that serviced our pool was nice, but when the pool is turning green the owner blames everything on the customer.

Company was more expensive than vendor I been using for this service for years (Surf Pool), but Surf Pool (not rated on the List) was nonresponsive to I found this company, they were reliable and professional and explained the problem clearly, stayed to make sure my heater stayed lit and running after it was repaired.

I can't recommend enough the Spectrum Pool and Spa Care Company. They were thorough and professional. Very responsive to my initial call to the company and I was given an appointment at our convenience. A repair estimate was given prior to the repair being done, however the final price was lower than The original estimate. The repair was completed on the same day as the service call.

Brain came over the same day i requested an inspection of my non operating pool heater. This was on a Wed. We had a child's birthday pool party on Sat. Brian agreed to jiggle his schedule around and came back on Fri to remove old heater and install the new one. Spectrum was also $750 less than the quote provided by my regular pool cleaning service. Brain was polite professional and a pleasure to work with.

The work went very well. Everyone at Spectrum has been very professional and friendly. My pool now looks like a brand new swimming pool. I would recommend Spectrum highly.

Office staff is inflexible and rude. Arrogant attitude towards customers. Initially, the experience was very positive as Tomo initially came to fix problems. He is awesome. However, it's been downhill from there using them on a weekly basis. Other repairs (not performed by Tomo) were extremely expensive and pool parts we told worked, do not.

Toma, the service professional from Spectrum, promptly returned my call and set up an appointment with me to check my pool plumbing and plaster for leaks. The time was not possible for him to make so he called me and we rescheduled. We met the next day at the appointed time. Toma and i walked the dry pool and went over every aspect of the plumbing, plaster, and tile. He was very thorough and conscientious. He recommended a contractor for the replaster and gave me a reasonable estimate on the plumbing repairs. All around it was a great experience to work with Spectrum and Toma.

It went good. Spectrum Pool & Spa Care showed up on time. They were very helpful. They got the job done.

The pool pumps, plumbing, electrical and wiring are all perfect. They said it would need to be replaced. They also said that the pool would need to be completely drained to be cleaned. I received two other bids both of whom said that the right way is to treat the water, and draining the pool is the wasteful and expensive way to do it. The pool needed to be cleaned, but Spectrum wanted to charge about $950 including re-plumbing, new pump motors and extra time to drain the pool. My water bill would have also beeen another $600 apx, for a total cost their way of about $1,500. I had the whole thing done for $350 and it's perfect, without messing with pumps and plumbing replacement. The only reason I didn't give these guys an F is that they showed up with apple ipads, and I like apple products. However, they clearly funded these devices to all of their pool guys by overcharging customers. I called and gave them the chance to requote their bid, but they said they are not flexible.
