This will be the second time we have used Nathan and his organization to do a remodeling job for us. After we had used them last year on our kitchen remodeling, we have decided to call pristine again. We probably dont have much to say about this team of professionals, they perform our bathroom remodeling project flawlessly, exactly with the same integrity and careness they shown on our kithen project. It is just a pleasure to work with someone that care for you in extraordinary way, like it was their own and only project. Our bathroom is beutiful and we can't ask for more. We greatly appreciate the amount of service, attention, and detail they put in fairly small area (such as bathroom). Thanks a lot for a second job well done.

Above my expectations, which were already quite high. Nathan and his team are among the most professional people I have met in any line of business. They met every promise they made, on time (or earlier) and within budget. I found them to be honest, straightforward, fair, and professional. As the work progressed, they were always checking-in with me and keeping me advised. I honestly don't think you can do better than these guys. They are true pros.

It went quite well. The job moved along rapidly. Quick response for work not as envisioned by myself, they "did it until it was right". Confirmed workmen arrival times and work done. I would use him again in a minute.

I met Nathan at my house for an initial estimate for the job, he was very professional and quick with the show up and the estimate, came on time and with all the required tools and staff. We initially wanted to do small changes in the kitchen but end up replacing the whole thing... Thank god!!! lol Thank you Nathan and Pristine Construction for your great services...

He was prompt, thorough, and gave us little pressure to commit to working with him. In the end, we chose another contractor because of price, but I really preferred Nathan's way with people.

For those interested in hassle free remodeling experience, we had found the best general contractor. Nathan and team of workers gave us the bathroom of our dreams in just two weeks. Nathan met with us and designed our bathroom on his laptop computer. When work commenced they were amazingly fast and knowledgeable. They handled all required permits, and all inspections passed with ease the first time. The forman mike is great, and the tile man fai was meticulous in his tile work. Our vanity area with the new granite counter looks really nice and modern versus what we had. Every end of day the job site was cleaned perfectly. We had changed our mind with our frameless glass enclosure, and they replace one of the panels for us at no charge three days later, although it was our mistake.(Nathan didn't charge us a dime). Truly a pleasure to work with. We thank pristine for the beautiful work, and can't wait to hire them again to remodel our kids bathroom.

We are totally impressed with Pristine Construction, and its owner, Nathan Moses. From the very beginning of his consultation, Nathan helped us to design our dream kitchen. He created a scale drawing on the computer as we talked so that we could see our ideas come to life. He was also an immense help in picking out design elements. He accompanied us to the appliance, granite and tile stores and spent hours with us selecting materials that would look good together. Nathan?s staff was polite, friendly, efficient and highly skilled. There were usually two to three workers here every day, and on a couple occasions as many as five. They arrived promptly between 8 and 8:15 and worked a full day, often staying until after 6PM. The crew made certain to clean up at the end of each day. Nathan?s foreman, Mike, deserves special mention. He came to the house almost every day to oversee the job and give direction as needed. He was always available to answer questions and would consult with us on the finest design detail to insure that we were happy with the result. At the end of the job, he followed up on every last detail where others would have simply walked away and let us figure things out on our own. Nathan was at the job site almost every day and checked with us at least by phone on a daily basis to make sure that everything was proceeding smoothly. Most of our friends warned us that it would take much longer than originally estimated to complete the job. But Nathan and his crew finished the job a week ahead of schedule. (The job was actually completed in 22 work days.) We would not hesitate to recommend Pristine Construction to friends and family.

It was fabulous. Nathan came to the house promptly and we went over the work that needed to be done. He gave me an estimate right then and the next day he sent me a contract. We agreed that I would supply the tile, the shower head, and the grab bars, and he would do the rest. Although it was not a huge job, I was worried about the amount of time it would take because we did not start until early in November and I was expecting my Mother home around November 16. Nathan agreed the entire job would be finished by then. I'd recently had a problematic experience with a contractor (which I'll write about next) and was positively paranoid about getting this done on time. I finally made Nathan say he guaranteed it would be done by November 16. And it was done by November 16. I picked out the shower bar/head and the tile. They picked up the tile and grout from the vendor and supplied everything else. Everything went smoothly. I went over there periodically to check the progress of the work and was always pleased with how it was coming. They actually finished everything, except installing the grab bars by November 13, which was amazing. It took them only 10 days to do almost everything. The bathroom looks fabulous. My siblings both saw it and thought they'd done a beautiful job. I am extremely pleased. My Mom got home from the hospital yesterday and loved it. I would definitely use them again.

When Nathan, pristine owner came to our home in the first appointment, we already knew, that all he needs to do, is to give us a price range we will be happy with, and the work is his! Now once our project is done, we can understand why they have such an amazing ratings. before we hired pristine, my wife and i looked and read their past 10 reviews, and we were amazed to see, that they are the only company on angie's that does not have a single B rating overall. well, all we can fairly say is that, we invested about $56,000 on our remodel, and if we were to have $56,000 more, we would let them remodel the rest of what needs to be done in a HEARTBEAT. Nathan and the crew did for us an amazing job and a beautiful end product, we could not ask for more. They are truly a pleasure to deal with in any stage of the job. They pay attention to the smallest detail, both my wife and i very detail oriented, we don't like corners cut. They clean every day, and they are very hard working individuals. Nathan was always on top of everything, keeping us informed of the schedule, we never felt left out of the loop. He helped us get plumbing fixtures and tile materials, in best pricing with contractor discount. No decision was made without consulting with us, they never assume anything, and was dedicated to making sure we were happy from start to finish. this dedication to service did not waiver through the entire process. if you are reading this review, and are looking for a similar work, we seem to be like the rest of their customers,that won't go anywhere to have additional work done. they get from us the absolute highest rating, we will refer them to anyone that needs an excellent general contractor.

From start to finish Pristine Construction was a pleasure to deal with. The amount of time and effort and personal attention given to us throughout the project was truly amazing. What started out as a relatively simple cosmetic touchup of a bathroom turned into complete remodel from floor joists to ceiling. At every turn there was a surprise and Nathan and Mike and their wonderful team of workers handled every surprise with professionalism. We had an issue with our inspection due to a prior pool project that we never received the final inspection sign-off on which came to light when the inspector came for the initial inspection on our bathroom remodel. Pristine stepped in to help us fix the issues there (building fences, etc.), all while keeping to the schedule for the bathroom remodel. Every little task we asked them to help with (adding an outlet, fixing the caulking in the kitchen, putting up fixtures in another bathroom), they did quickly and professionally. We had another bathroom in our home remodeled about a year ago and difference in workmanship in the two bathrooms is notable. From the tile work, to the paint job, to the construction of the new floor, ceiling and walls, everything that Pristine did looks fantastic. I will definitely hire Pristine Construction for any future projects.

Netanel was ten minutes early for our meeting. He quickly discovered what construction was needed and gave me an oral estimate. I asked him for a written estimate for my homeowner's association (HOA). He obliged even though it was not his policy to give written estimates/proposals before the work is agreed upon. Netanel's estimate was higher than others I have received thus far. He also was too busy to start work for nearly a month, which is probably too late for my project. I was grateful that he went out of his way to help me in dealing with my HOA.

Since my past line of work required me to work directly with all types of vendors, I had very high expectations. I'm very particular about who I work with. In my initial research, I had read all the overly positive Angie's list reports/comments made about Pristine, and I questioned if all reviews were valid (not filled out by friends). I was WRONG! They professionally renovated and finished our kitchen in 16 DAYS!!!! I have never known anyone who's experienced that fast of turn around. Pristine managed our kitchen renovation flawlessly, from beginning to end. Nathan (owner) will return your email/call promptly (within 30 minutes usually). He is very project detail oriented...I'm talking extremely. The Pristine crew was very respectful of our home and kept things very clean throughout the process. Mike (Pristine Managing Contractor) is on-site daily, making sure everything is done properly & precisely. He has an eye for all the visual details (noticing some installed cab hardware was matte vs. glossy, cutting moulding to fit ceiling better, making sure our tile could be layed out the way we requested, etc...). Overall, this was the smoothest , most professional, and fastest reno I've experienced! Why wouldn't you want this? ;O) CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM Payment method is check only, no credit cards. I'm not sure why Pristine operates this way, because logically, who can really afford to pay $50K-$150K or more with check/cash, especially in this economy??? I think they would benefit by taking on different payment methods. Pristine's trade discount on appliances, tile, plumbing, etc... Maybe I misunderstood Nathan in our initial conversation, but I thought Nathan told me the appliance discount was greater than it actually was. Again, it may have been my misunderstanding?? I think the different discounts should be made very clear to future customers.

Amazing. Simply fantastic. Nathan from Pristine is the kind of contractor that makes you want to continue remodeling. Going through the design and scope of work phase was painless, and done in person at our home. Nathan is always extremely quick to respond via phone, and he responded to my initial email within minutes. He came by the next day, and we had an agreement several days later. He worked with us to keep costs down, and was able to suggest cost lowering tactics, as well as offer us very competitive prices. Prior to construction, Nathan joined us in purchasing tiles and fixtures, at solid vendors he uses, and where gets good discounts. This whole process was painless and easy. The work start date was as promised. After work had started, we immediately noticed that his crew leaves worksites in pristine condition. You come home at night and everything is tidy and clean. They cover all the furniture, they don't mess up carpets, etc. The work progressed quickly over the next 2 weeks. Inspections were passed with ease, no mistakes were made, and problems were solved. Example: the bathtub supplier delivered an incorrect model tub. Nathan came by that evening to discuss our options, and the next day he worked his magic, located our original tub, and was able to keep us on schedule. Another example: we had purchased our vanity through Restoration hardware, but on install day, one of the included sinks was broken. Nathan's crew was able to get us replacement sinks that day, and custom fit them to the vanity. Our cost was only the cost of the sinks. No surprise overages, no problems, no issues. The work is done, and it looks phenomenal. The finishing is fantastic. Everything is installed right, the paint is immaculate, the plumbing and electrical all work perfectly, there really is not a single flaw. Nathan, we thank you. I'm sure we'll work with you again soon! Note on cost: total was a little more than 20k, but Nathan's cost was less than 20k. The difference was in the fixtures and finished materials we chose.

Nathan is a very friendly and a most dedicated individual. Initially he checked all possibilities for remodeling our kitchen and presented us with several options. We ultimately followed his advice and were ecstatic with the results. Pristine Construction does excellent work, very dependable and are simply AWESOME!!!!!! We highly recommend them.

If I had never found another company on Angies' List, my experience with Pristine Construction alone would make my membership worth it. Nathan, Mike and the team of workers did an amazing job; I am incredibly pleased. From our first meeting, when we outlined the project and discussed a bid, Nathan was extremely helpful. I needed to replace all of my old windows and have a variety of general repair work done. Nathan gave me very good advice on choosing the new windows and answered all of my questions. He outlined the costs and a timetable for the work, which was finished on time and on budget; once the work in the house officially started, it went amazingly fast. Their crew were all diligent, neat, and nice people. He and his foreman Mike kept me updated at every stage of the job, from the ordering of the new windows through the days when the work was being done in the house, checking in with me often to make sure that I was satisfied. They are craftsmen, and went above and beyond what I had asked for to do beautiful high-quality work. No detail was overlooked. They seamlessly matched the existing finishes on my interior walls, which included various paint treatments and the original plate rail. They matched the color of the exterior stucco. Once the windows were in, they carefully checked and retouched the stained finish where necessary. The plaster repair and refinishing work, and the installation of the new door were equally carefully and competently done. I recommend Pristine wholeheartedly. When I do remodeling work in the future, they will be my first call; after this experience, I can't imagine hiring anyone else.

He came within a few days and he was able to sit down with me to give me an initial estimate and give me details about how the procedures. He was pretty good; he has a good attitude and he was very patient when he explained everything to me.

We got "pristine" phone number from a very good friend of our family that got similar work done with them and since then, COULD NOT stop talking about Nathan (owner), and his crew, so we thought to give them a try with our remodel. we really don't know where to start because,we never experience a company that worked so efficiently coordinating maybe seven or eight different trades in such harmony and smoothness.(That is the key to their success). you can tell right away these people had been working together for years,otherwise it is just impossible to perform such a remodel with the simplicity they had shown. everyone knew exactly what they are suppose to do and when,no questions asked. My wife and i happened to be home from time to time, so we were able to witness the progress, as the job practically flew by our astonishing eyes, and was completely done in just 22 working days. Nathan was guiding us from the beginning, as we didn't have any construction or remodeling experience. He saved us good few thousand dollars, with his ideas of design,and materials. everyone was courteous and professional starting with the forman,to the last guy on the job. they were like come and "GONE WITH THE WIND". doing exactly what we agreed and more.(finishing 10 days earlier). We solute them for a beautiful end product, and for the hard work,"PRISTINE" is truly a REFRESHING CHANGE for the construction industry. We will call them again for future work,and will gladly refer them to our friends and family.

My husband and I have no experience in anything to do with construction, so I knew I wanted someone who would basically take over the process for us and provide us with a perfect finished product. Nathan and Mike and their crew did this perfectly. Nathan discussed the permit process, which was important to us as we tend to be sticklers for rules. I also liked that there were two managers, so to speak, Nathan and Mike, who seemed to work well together. My experience has been that good teams usually are more effective and they were. The workers who came to the house were all great. They came on time every day, worked hard, cleaned up every evening and returned promptly the next day. Nathan recommended and accompanied me to the tile store and the fixture store. He had excellent suggestions. It is very useful to be able to go to stores where the staff is more available to help you and answer questions because you are with a contractor whom they know. Mike came to the house often and watched over all the work. The tile crew was exceptional and the finished project is really perfect. I wanted a very classic white clean style bath. Nathan had some good suggestions that just added a bit of detail that worked out really well. They were on schedule and every detail was taken care of, and there are many details! When the shower door seemed to close incorrectly they had it fixed the next day. There was never any problem getting hold of them, in fact they called us to check in and update more than we called them! I recommend them very highly and will certainly call for our next project.

My first experience with "PRISTINE" team actually was in march 2010 after my cousin referred them to me.i had a small leak in my kitchen sink,when i called, nathan (owner) answered my call, and was polite and professional, as it can be, he immediately offered his help and took care of my issue right away. after they were done fixing the leak, i asked for an invoice or a bill, but nathan refuse to take any money for their services, he just laughed and said "COME ON, WE JUST FINISHED YOUR COUSIN BATHROOM,IT'S O.K., THAT WILL BE OUR FIRST GESTURE TO YOU".(i could not believe he was serious). that was one strong reason from many others, that i seriously considered them to take care of my large home renovation. few more reasons that i picked them over the others are: 1. THEIR WEB SITE, ANGIE'S PROFILE AND REPORTS LOOKS MORE REALISTIC THEN OTHERS. 2. THEY USING REAL PROJECT PHOTOS, NOT STOCK OR PAID CATALOG PHOTOS. 3. THEY HAVE A+ BBB RATING, AS WELL ALL THE LICENSE AND INSURANCES NEEDED. 4. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AT THE SAME TIME. 5. AND MY COUSIN, WHICE IS A VERY PICKY PERSON, CHOSE THEM TO DO HER WORK. there are a lot of good contractors out there, but i can honestly say, that nathan and "PRISTINE" are one of a kind. they would go the extra mile for their customers (their business is 100% REFERRALS), i was waiting for my work to finish, because i felt obligated to write for them a great report. that is really the minimum i can do, after everything they have done for me. i can truly say that i got more then what's my money worth. Nathan always kept me informed,and never let my out of the picture,he is a true business man and gentleman. the crew was very hard working very communicative ,treating my home with care like it was their own. i hope this report will make other members of ANGIE"S decision little easier to pick out a contractor. Hands down, there is no better choice than Pristine Construction for any of your home remodeling needs ? small or large. Here?s why we think so: Nathan answered our call personally. Nathan?s integrity was apparent to us from the moment we met with him for the estimate until the last day. Nathan & his foreman, Mike, are respectful, reliable & their taste is IMPECCABLE. Nathan listened to our wants & needs, made only pertinent suggestions & gave us an estimate for exactly the work we wanted done. He let us know of the one area there might be a variance, exactly why there might be one (something that there was no way of knowing about until we got into the wall) & EXACTLY how much that variance might be. When we got into the wall, everything was ok, so there was no variance, but we appreciated that he had the foresight to speak with us about it up front instead of surprising us later. He could have easily quoted us the lower number just to appear competitive to get our business and then turn around & surprise us with other charges later on. Pristine Construction just doesn?t operate that way. They are very clear, up front & honest. Nathan & Mike gave us a projected start & end date for our project & stuck to both. They spent a lot of time with us making sure they knew exactly what we wanted. They personally looked at colors & finishes with us & helped guide us in our choices of quality materials to achieve the look we wanted. We met with their carpenter & every member of their team for our job in person. They and all of their employees (yes, they don?t sub-contract, they use their very own employees) are consummate professionals, easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgeable & competent in all of their many areas of expertise. Every day, they team started on time or early, finished on time & CLEANED UP after themselves. Nathan & Mike personally supervised the progress & quality of the work being done each & every day. After the work commenced, they didn?t just disappear. They still spent lots of time talking with us, discussing the progress & making sure that we were completely satisfied every step of the way. It is Nathan?s & Mike?s sincere desire that you ABSOLUTELY LOVE the finished product & they won?t settle for less. It is clear that they take great pride in what they do & it is important to them to do the best job humanly possible. Their goal really seemed to be to knock our socks of & they most certainly did. We had a 1950's original pink kitchen with all the scary details to match -- old cabinets, worn out countertops, and a poor layout with too many walls. Our kitchen remodel was extensive as described above. Over the course of 2 years, we interviewed 9 different contractors -- some on and some others not listed on Angies list. We picked Nathan and Pristine Construction to handle our kitchen remodel, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. We recommend Pristine Construction 100% for the following reasons: *We had direct access to the owner Nathan himself, and not a salesperson. *Nathan provided us with a detailed estimated and pricing based on a thorough inspection. Nathan spent a few hours walking throught our space, climbing into the attic, taking measurements, etc. *The layout he provided suited the space and met our needs. Frankly, the money spent on not going to an architect who may not have structural expertise was another selling point to us. *Nathan handled a few bumps in the road with ease. The backsplash was going to cost us more than we originally thought, and Nathan was kind enough to bring other tile options to our home in an attempt to get pricing to an acceptable level. *They finished ahead of schedule. Yes, this is the truth. *Nathan and the team went above and beyond the call of duty; e.g. 1) They helped us find and facilitated getting an exterior door stained at contractor's pricing. 2) They repainted a part of our house that needed a facelift that was unrelated to the project. 3) They helped pick up parts from the hardware store when we were unable to do so. 4) They provided a few upgrades free of additional charge that added to the overall appearance of the kitchen. *Pristine Construction's crew is super friendly and highly professional. *Lastly, Nathan is a true professional and overall nice person. Nathan checked in and visited the site, as needed, and periodically called to see if we had any questions throughout the entire process. Having met with more than a few contractors, we are thrilled with the results from Pristine Construction. Highly, highly recommended!

This will be the shortest report you have ever read. the 10 day bath remodel story from start to finish. in a very short sentence, no need for more words. for me and my wife,the "ULTIMATE" general contractor in town with full service, "PRISTINE CONSTRUCTION"!!! you have to experience it, to believe it.

To all my fellows on Angie's List that are reading this review, I want to share my experience of deciding whom to hire to remodel my home. When I was looking for contractors, a friend let me use his Angie's list account to search for the best ones. I had the top rated five companies on Angie's Lists to come to my house to give me an estimate and I figured that the more reports they have the more expensive they are (maybe they have big overhead). When Nathan (Owner) of Pristine Construction came to my house I felt comfortable with everything we spoke about, his price was very competitive. Before work started he helped me get the fixtures needed at a contractor price, same with the tile material. Nathan is resourceful, dependable, top communicative, friendly and phenomenal to work with and so was his crew that performed the work on my house. The paste of the work on my kitchen was incredible so I decided to have them paint the interior and exterior of my house. Pristine construction is the best construction company I have worked with. They were very sensitive about taking care of my property, they didn't get over budget, and they finished on time. I would recommend them to anyone because of their work ethics. Now I joined Angie's List and thank them. I wouldn't be able to find such a great company without you guys.

We used this company before for a large project which they finished in January. Nathan came to our home and spent about three hours working out a plan for our bathroom. We still have to remodel our kitchen, but we think that will have to wait few months. We will have them start our bathroom remodel in about 10 days, just for us to come up with little extra money. Nathan did not leave any question for us to ask, when he left our home we could not wait to start the project. We just know how these guys work, we just hope we are going to have some extra money left to do our kitchen. By that time "Pristine" would have remodeled our entire house. We are sure that in about a month from today, we'll owe them one more excellent report. June 29, 2010. I would never imagined that remodeling can be so enjoyable, nathan and his crew finished our little bathroom in literally 8 working days and that was incredible. we will do our kitchen as last part of our ongoing remodeling project with "PRISTINE" probably within couple of months, and we cannot wait for it to start. if you really want to have that peace of mind with your construction needs, and you need somebody to rely on 100% with no doubts, call pristine construction you WILL NOT be disappointed, GUARANTEED. we will be happy to show the beautiful work they have done for us, and to talk to any of their prospective customers.
