Description of Work: Pristine Construction provided impeccable, top notch service and work. Highly recommend them!

Description of Work: Kitchen update: removed fluorescent light tray ceiling and had it made all smooth with new LED recessed lights; repaired ceiling water damage and installed crown molding; replaced white 4 inch square counter and back splash with granite and mosaic tiles; replace old porcelain sink with double basin stainless sink; had ceiling and exposed walls repainted. The provider met with some issues on my very old kitchen cabinets (that I was keeping) in that they were not level and were installed poorly over 20 years ago. Provider crafted molding to help provide a visual level line so that the granite rests perfectly on the now level "old" cabinets. The plumber had installed the faucet and disposal but because I'd not informed them of my needs they handle of the faucet was on the wrong side for my use and the disposal unit had been installed in the wrong side of the sink. No worries and no animosity both were switched for me. There had been a problem with grout adhering to the beautiful copper raised motif medallions in the backsplash; when it was realized what had happened the crew used toothbrushes and a steamer to clean out the crevices. Nathan, one of the owners spec'd the job and even came to the stone yard with me and the tile store to be sure that what I selected would work in my kitchen. The site foreman, the second owner of the company, Mike Malka, was is the heart of this company. Even though this provider had several jobs in progress Mike was always willing to take my calls; check on any question that I had and he was right in there with the crew cleaning the tile to be sure I got the beautiful shiny backsplash that I wanted. Crews were on time (darn it...8 a.m. on the dot) and the cleaned the house, garage and any area of the yard that they used during construction. I gave every area an A rating except price...I know Pristine often comes in higher than other quotes (and I don't like spending more) but you get what you pay for and the quality of work and the support from Mike in checking the crews labors and adjusting if necessary and guiding them through issues (like my old uneven cupboards) make this extra dollars of "insurance" that the project will be done to your liking! Use this company...know what you want but be open to their suggestions (they often save you money and the results...well, I've had Mike Malka oversee remodels to my home for over 8 years)!

Description of Work: We ended up not working w/Pristine for unrelated reasons, but Nathan was incredibly responsive, prompt, and helpful in all of our meetings and conversations. He was our top choice but we ended up going w/a family member who we didn't think would be available for our project. Nathan would be my first call if / when we need work done and the family connection isn't available.

Description of Work: I called Nathan at Pristine Construction 5 times and left 5 messages for him to call back regarding remodel of Kitchen, 5 Bathrooms and backyard/pool remodel.These phone calls and messages were over a period of three weeks. Thought he would be interested since this would be a large project with multiple components requiring a general contractor. He never called back once. Where is the common courtesy in responding.

Description of Work: Last year Pristine Construction remodeled two of our bathrooms. We are now contemplating a kitchen remodel. Because of our continued satisfaction with Pristine's quality of work, honesty, and excellent design ideas we intend to go with Nathan and Mike again. They are always so responsive and helpful. Additionally, we had a couple of tune up items concerning our bathrooms. Even a year after completion, Pristine backed up their work without question or charge.

Description of Work: 1. Doll display: removed old glass. Modified cabinets to open from front of display. Added glass doors. Painted interior of cabinets. Hung new doors with invisible european hinges. 2. Added trim to bar and stained trim to match. Modified trim so that it did not interfere with storage. General: All the work was detail work done by Mike, who is an artist, and was very careful of our existing furniture. Nathan offered to help me replace a burned out quartz-halogen cabinet light, then did so. All work was completed in one day and finished a day early then anticipated. Nathan asked if he could display photos of his work on his website. We have no objection. In my opinion these people are true craftsmen!

Our house was built over 70 years ago so there was a lot of work to be done to bring everything up to code.

Description of Work: Exterior house painting including stucco resurfacing; new trim; replacement of fascia boards; paint the garage doors; replace outside wall lighting; resurfaced and repainted an in ground spa; removed brick from old fireplace and installed custom made fireplace surround and custom finished with venetian plaster. Also replaced grout in kitchen on old tile counter tops. And in the past four years this company has also demolished and created two bathrooms that are handicapped and accessible; installed 2 custom decks with ADA railings (and the decks are beautiful); replace entire house wall to wall carpet with bamboo ceramic tile; created custom custom closets in a spare room that was opened up and inserted glass panel doors (to make a large master suite); installed windows; custom desk was created in home office; replaced my home plumbing; installed ceiling fans. Always on time; crew polite and cleaned up area at the end of the day. I've had a lot of positive comments about all the work this company has done. All work is done correctly, so it may cost a bit more but perfection and customer satisfaction is what this company is all about.
