Said while he could certainty clean them it might not be up to our expectations and he didn't want to lead us on. I greatly appreciated his honesty but especially the time spent with us even though we've decided to simply replace the window treatments.

 + -1 moreWe had no idea how the drapes should look once re-hung, as this was a new home purchase and the painters removed the drapes prior to Camino's arrival. Without photos or any guidance, Daniel and Jack were able to re-hang the drapes so that they look beautiful.

 + -1 moreCamino's address is listed in Sherman Oaks but the plant is in Simi Valley. I didn't need them to come to my house to remove the blinds but I also didn't want to drive to Simi Valley to drop off the blinds. (I was looking for companies near my home in Sunland.) I spoke to Jack, the owner, and he offered to come by my office in Burbank to pick up the blinds! This worked out perfectly as he was punctual and I didn't have to drive anywhere! They were cleaned and returned to me in three days. The blinds came out remarkably clean and the re-strung blinds work like a charm.
