Dan Levy came out to analyze what was going on with my mother's drapes because she couldn't open them easily. He found some very specific issues which were contributing to the problem. He recommended someone that had an expertise in this very specific issue because he hadn't done this particular job. Not only did he recommend someone, but he spent a very long time contacting this person himself, taking pictures for him, and making sure that we will be taken care of. Most people would have simply given a phone number and name recommendation and left, or try an unfamiliar job themselves regardless of the outcome. Dan went way out of his way to help my mother. Before he left her house he made sure we knew what the problem was and what to expect from the person who will work on it. Even though Dan didn't do a job for us this time, I would not hesitate to call him and recommend him with drapery work. I am so impressed by his professionalism and kindness.

Dan came and did an excellent job of cleaning our drapes and repairing a drapery rod.

I noticed that my dining room drapes had strange brown spots all over them. I called Dan and he said it was probably mildew or mold and they probably could not clean them. The drapes are over 25 years old. I emailed him a picture, and he called me back within a half hour, informing me that he and the owner took a look at my pic, and concurred that they could not clean the drapes. Their punctuality and honesty really impressed me. They could have tried to clean the drapes, with no guarantee, and charged me for it. I will definitely use this company in the future. And I won't wait 25 years to get my curtains cleaned!

I had a problem with a decorative drapery rod that was not working right. Dan and Jack both came out, quickly figured out the problem, and resolved it. Punctual, great service and pleasant to work with. I will definitely call them when it is time to clean my drapes (or need more repairs). Highly recommend.

I had some vertical blinds and Roman shades that needed repair. Dan came out the same day I called. He fixed the vertical blinds on the spot. He took the Roman shades with him and restrung all the cords and replaced some of the hardware. Within a couple of days, he came back and reinstalled the shades. He was very pleasant and professional. My window treatments are fairly new, so they didn't need cleaning, but I would not hesitate to call him for cleaning in the future.

I had never had my drapery cleaned and they were very dusty. Since I've never had them cleaned before I don't have a reference as to good or bad pricing. I chose Camino because of their good reviews, very quick response to my phone call, immediate availability, and what seemed like fair pricing. Dan was very professional and thorough about reviewing pricing with me over the phone, and when he arrived the same day he carefully checked over the drapes so that they were no surprises for either of us. He was able to take them away and have them back to me in a few days. When he returned with them (he was very punctual) he took time to make sure they were hung properly and well pleated. He also made sure I inspected them and was satisfied. I was very pleased. My expectations were for them to be cleaned of dust and fresh, and both those things were done beautifully, punctually, with nice service, and with a fair price. I will definitely use them again when the need arises!

Dan showed up on time to give me an estimate to clean the drapes and blinds. I thought the price was reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. I scheduled an appointment for the actual cleaning. Since some of the drapes are hung in a particular way, it was best for Dan to vacuum the drapes in place and use a mild cleaning solvent. For the blinds, which are Hunter Douglas Silhouette, he took them down and did a wet cleaning of them off site. This was all done on a Monday and he came back to re-install the clean blinds on Friday of the same week. He did a great job and I would definitely use his services again.

Great service. My shades were white and looked dingy. Camino was able to get them very clean. Price was reasonable. Will use again.

We do not usually give reviews and are very critical. However this family owned company deserves a review. Dan and his dad were fantastic -Because the drapes were old the work was hard to remove and rehang- once they were cleaned and installed and steamed they came out looking like brand new. This company was very professional, and highly recommended. Dan was going to charge us for a rod that was broken, and they repaired it and even took $50.00 off the bill! Where do you find a honest company like that these days? Dan was prompt, and returned calls on time and finished the work on time. Do not hesitate to use this company!

I chose this service because of reading in a previous review how good their draperies of 10 years old turned out. Called Dan and set up an appointment time. He was prompt,courteous and professional. We were having construction done in our living room that was going to take 3 weeks. What I thought was special was he agreed to keep the draperies for that time period with a 50% down payment on the cost of the cleaning. That was incredibly helpful to me. In three weeks I made the appointment for him to return the draperies. Again, he was prompt. Now, my draperies are 23 years old and have NEVER been cleaned. Dan had me sign a release because of their age. Well, the draperies turned out beautifully! He took his time hanging them back up and steaming any wrinkles out. He wanted to make sure I was happy with them so he gladly re-steamed a couple of areas. My draperies look like new. Anyone that has seen them is astonished how great they turned out. I even had a friend advise me to just throw them away instead of having them cleaned. How wrong she was. I plan to have him clean my draperies in my family room when we are ready to paint.

My Wife gave me the task of finding someone to clean the drapes we have in the house. The drapes had not been cleaned in more than 10 years and they looked the part. After looking online for someone in the area to do the job, I realized that I could not trust the reviews, and the more I searched the more confused I became. With the pressure from my wife building, I decided to joined Angies List. As soon as I joined a world of drapery cleaners was at my fingertips. I spent the next few hours reading the reviews and one name stood out from the rest : Camino Draperies,Shades, and Blind Cleaners. So I called and setup an appointment for the next day, Dan Levy showed up on time, and after looking over our drapes, gave us a quote in writing for what I thought was a very fair price to do the cleaning. He tagged, bagged, and packed up all the drapes. We had one slight problem, the room where the majority of the drapes came from needed to be painted before the drapes could be rehung. Dan had no problem holding on to the drapes, and only asked that we give him 3 days notice when we wanted him to return. 10 days later I called Dan to tell him he could come back any time, and he made an appointment to hang the drapes the next day. Dan showed up on time, and spent a great deal of time reinstalling the drapes, and making sure that I was happy with his work. I am easy to please, but my wife is not. As hard as she tried, she could not find fault with Dan’s work. It is not often that my wife is happy with anybody's work, but Dan knocked it out of the park. She could not get over how nice he made the drapes look, or the fact that he kept his word and stuck to his price quote. If you need any drapes cleaned, I suggest you give Dan Levy @ Camino a call. They picked everything up on time and returned within about a week. On time, super-accomodative and communicative. Will use these guys again for sure!

One of the best professional services I've ever experienced. Dusty eight-year-old drapes, blinds and shades from a model home were begging for a fresh start. Dan was precise, impeccable and uncomplaining. These were HUGE draperies, and he made sure everything was perfect when the job was done. Jack, the dad, was also on hand for the installation. Nice job, gentlemen.

Dan was extremely patient and courteous, working skillfully and carefully to bring the ladder into the house and the bedroom in order to remove and then, 4 days later to hang the drapes. On day 4 he arrived with a helper and beautifully cleaned drapes, which he hung and steamed and then asked me to make sure the job was to my satisfaction. I thought, for all the work put into the job, and the quality of the results, his price was very fair. I have the highest regard and recommendation for Dan and his company.

Everything went great. Arrived on time. Price was reasonable.

Dan came to look at drapes. Couldn't guarantee spots would come out. When he brought them back to hang, all was perfect! Even he was surprised.

Dan of Camino Drapery Cleaners came Dec 16. He took drapes from living room, dining room, family room and master bedroom to be cleaned. When the drapes were returned, I thought they would be just put back up but Dan spent a long time seeing that they hung just right. In fact, I don't think they were as crisply pleated when new. In addition, we had not been able to fully open one drape on a sliding glass door for quite a while. Dan and Jack tried to get it to work right and when it didn't, Jack ordered a new rod for us and installed it. Between them Dan and Jack made several trips to solve our problem with no extra charge except for the newly purchased rod. They were very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly use their services again.

I called them on a Monday and he said he could pick them up that after noon which he did. He then returned them with in a couple of days. I had no problems with them and was glad he could do it.

Mr. Dan was excellent! He is punctual, courteous and professional, and does an excellent job. I have had him clean my draperies twice before.

The project went smoothly without a hitch. Everyone was professional and did their best to work around our time schedule.

Was prompt and knowledgeable. Draped were removed, cleaned and rehung. Although the drapes were old, they looked very nice after cleaning.

My dog is a digger and a roller and he loves to rub up against our drapes. I'm having a party and I realized no decorations could replace the value of a good drape cleaning. But I didn't know where to begin. Thanks Angie ;) I took the recommendation of the Angieslist community and hired Camino. I thought they might tell me that I needed new drapes because the situation was hopeless. Instead they made my home look new and beautiful by cleaning my drapes and blinds perfectly!
