Description of Work: Though I had a problem I thought was in the freezer compartment of my refrigerator, it turned out to be a leak in my ice water source on the inside of the fridge. He returned the next day with the proper valve and also was able to replace my old water filter. The only complaint I had was I had to tell him to tidy up after he had finished.

+ -1 moreThe service rep was from the Beverly Hills office and his name was "Leo". He was polite, very considerate and willing to telephone me when he was 5 minutes from arriving at my home (so I could sequester my two dogs). The repair company answered the phone with a live person and did not keep me on hold or have to return my initial telephone call. I telephoned the repair company in the afternoon and they sent Leo out at 7:45 p.m. the same day. (He called when he was going to be a little late.) On both days, he cleaned up after himself. On the third day, Leo called in the morning to follow-up to check if the freezer was working properly. The refrigerator and freezer works well now. They offer excellent service and my experience with this company was superior.
Description of Work: The repair was on a 2007 GE Profile side-by-side refrigerator.The freezer was not freezing(temperature should have been at "0" degrees). The condenser motor was replaced and mechanical area was vaccumed clean. Another minor repair was done to bring down the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer but I do not know the exact description. The service man came out the following day to make a minor repair which could not occur until we waited 10-12 hrs to see if the initial repair was sufficient to restore the freezing mechanism (no additional charge).

+ -1 moreI called about noon, after trying to reach another repair service, which never returned my call. AM PM told me they could come out by 2. About 1 they called back and said the repairman was running late and it would be before 4 pm. We said fine, and appreciated the update calls. Oleg arrived about 3:30 and took care of the problem promptly. It was a bit more expensive than we expected, however, we needed it repaired quickly and so our needs were met.
Description of Work: Oleg detected the problem rather quickly - a tube loose from the water inlet to the ice maker. He removed the panel in the back of the freezer and with steam get rid of all the frost/ice that had accumulated, situated the tube appropriately so there was no more water leaking down the back of the freezer - then put everything back together. Took him about 45 min.

+ -1 moreI have never had a problem getting them to come out. Last year my refrigerator went out on the forth of July and they had no problem coming right out to fix it. I like that they always come out a couple hours after I call them. They never charge me more if I call them to come out on a holiday. The employees are Russian. The employees who have come out have been a little grouchy, but they take their work very seriously. They work very hard to fix it, rather than just telling me to replace it. They are not incredibly expensive and are very reliable. I think that their prices are more than competitive. They provide excellent service and are very good about cleaning up after the work is through. I have recommended them to friends. I think they are all A's.
Description of Work: I have used AM PM Appliance Repair for my large appliance repairs. They most recently came out to repair my refrigerator and once to repair my dishwasher.
