Their are multiple browsers, plug-ins and menus in which to use and access user defined parameters for HIKVISION each with varying options. I'm now using Microsoft Edge and its plug-in software to be able to access the most settings for configuring and viewing the camera as the camera and NVR's Default settings need site specific tuning.
