Noel their Technician is very easy to work with and has an incredible knowledge base, he installed an outdoor HIKVISION Dome IP Camera and NVR. Their are multiple browsers, plug-ins and menus in which to use and access user defined parameters for HIKVISION each with varying options. I'm now using Microsoft Edge and its plug-in software to be able to access the most settings for configuring and viewing the camera as the camera and NVR's Default settings need site specific tuning. As the end user who supplied the equipment I'm more than pleased with this Company and in particular with their Tech' Noel.

Contacted San Joaquin Security on a Friday and received a return call on Saturday! Made the appointment and the guys arrived right on time. They were diligent, thorough and skilled. Work took less than 2 hours--mounting a 75 inch big screen is no "walk in the park". Everything about this engagement was positive. Bravo!!!
