I was very happy with the repair work of removing dry rot and trim on my home. All of the crew was very professional and courteous and did a fabulous job cleaning everything up. I will hire them again for any other project.

They do better work than project management. The siding and stucco repairs were done well, but they stopped working on the two smaller remaining parts of the job without communicating with me about it...

Armando arrived at the scheduled time and offered an estimate in a timely manner. Very good communication and accommodating in every way. Work commenced within a short period of time once I approved the contract. The work team arrived on time, as scheduled and methodically undertook the tasks at hand, finishing in only one day. The job entailed having a portion of the fascia replaced along with having the rain gutters cleaned and installing gutter screens, which I supplied. I highly recommend Creativo, Inc. I hired them to fence in half an acre and they did an amazing job. After bidding 6 fencing contractors, we hired them since we had used them before at our other property for fencing repair. Their bid came in right in the middle but their quality was tops. All of their workers were very professional and courteous, their workmanship was spot on and they delivered not only what they promised but went above to make sure we were happy. They are very customer and solution focused. I plan to use them for other projects and I know two of my family members will be reaching out to them for their own projects. Great job! A+.

Armando is a true professional. He contacted me promptly, came out to do an estimate within a couple of days, took careful notes of what I wanted done, and submitted a bid within 2 days of a very reasonable price. We agreed on a work day, he and his worker arrived on time, worked steadily through the day, did everything I had wanted done and a little more. They cleaned up carefully and left me with a great job of repair and repainting of my trim on the house, both window and door.

Although my initial impressions of Creativo was very positive, their workmanship and follow through were severely lacking. I provided them with an entire inspection report of the damage to be repaired. They had to return multiple times in order for the work to pass the inspection. While doing the work, they removed upstairs screens they did not replace, misplaced another screen and damaged a third. While they were still working on the project they harassed me for payment for Full payment. Fernando indicated that they were going to place a lien on my property the DAY after they had finally completed the work. Make sure you have full understanding of what they will deliver before you pay them in full. Would not recommend them nor use them again.

Armando contacted me promptly, was very careful in reviewing my repairs (new thresholds for 3 sets of french doors and repair to an additional door and deck), and provided a detailed estimate that seemed fairly priced. It was easy to schedule his crew and Fernando was excellent and followed up with me on an electrical issue. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Creativo.

Armando is very easy to work with, plus he did above and beyond what was asked... definitely will use him again.
