The Creativo team was all around wonderful to work with. They were punctual, starting and completing the project in a appreciated time frame for the project size. As items requiring changes to the scope appeared, they were accommodating and quick to provide an estimate and complete with the project schedule in mind. We have continued to hire Creativo for multiple projects after the successful replacement of all the porch railings on our 1913 farmhouse. They executed our custom Arts+Craft railing design beautifully! We have hired them to replace the roofing on two buildings and will hire them to paint trim and two more buildings. I had an exterior wall of siding that was rotten from the prior owners allowing a vine to grow too close to the house - it was actually fully up into the walls and coming out of the outlets. Armando was quick to respond and was able to get someone out within a few days since I had painters coming. The work was done well, all the rotten wood replaced and new siding put on. Would recommend and use again in the future.

I had the Polycarbonate roof on our Pergola replaced - it looks fabulous & there we No leaks when it rained. Jose had trouble getting the correct materials so the job too longer than anticipated, but we will worth the wait! Quality work , great clean up! Nice work team!

In addition to a very competitive cost, the customer service was amazing. The work on my house was agreed to before the 2020 shelter-in-place order came down. The work had only just begun. They are very fast and do good work. They did an excellent job repairing my siding as well as repair and replace parts of my roof including rain gutters. They also replaced a water damaged windowsill in my bathroom. They really are a full-service construction company.
