He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. "We hired American Home Improvement to remodel our 3 bathrooms (our master bathroom, kids bathroom). The work was done within a month and Shawn was the supervisor of this project. We were very happy with his work, communication skills and honesty. We will hire this company in the future. The master bathroom included our bathtub and shower system that included 6 jets. Once the remodel construction started they made sure I knew what was going on each day. Shawn was personally doing work himself a long side his construction crew. He walked us through every part of the process and was always available for questions. We felt like he and his team really did care and wanted to do their best work. Shawn helped us to purchase the materials via his vendors. During the work, there were many people working at the same time so the remodeling project will finish fast. Shawn came over each day to see what has been done and that there were no mistakes in any of the tasks. I cannot say enough."
