Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy.
