Jim from Water Heaters Only came by Friday to gave me a quote. The water pressure was relatively high so he suggested putting in a pressure regulator valve and replace the old valve on the water main. The quote was reasonable and along what was the expected price. He also offered to match any price on a written bid. Was gonna get another bid to check but unfortunately the water heater outlet broke and started spraying hot water everywhere the next morning. So I called Water Heaters Only and they promptly sent Pat over to install a new 50 gallon tank. Took about 2 hours including the ball valve and pressure regulator valve. Pat was professional, explained everything, and cleaned up after he was finished.

Took one look at it, determined the flame was oxygen starved. Vacuumed grill over air inlet. Heater worked perfectly.

I was very satisfied. It’s an expensive item; however, Chris made me feel at ease and confident with my choice. Chris was friendly, yet professional and efficient. I will certainly use “Water Heaters Only” company again, when the time arises. Thank you Chris!

The entire process was smooth and fast. The tech came over the day after I called, had a replacement water hear in his truck, and was able to complete the replacement the same day. The tech arrived on time and completed the work in just under two hours and the new heater is working great. I could not have asked for a better company and will definitely use them again when for all my hot water heater needs - I highly recommend.

Very Well; timeliness and work quality were great. My only concern was that when I mentioned to Pat, the installer, that his price for the work was in excess of the maximum estimate I received when I contacted WHO by phone to set up his visit, he was unwilling to make it right.

Everything went very well. I called in the morning, and all the works were finished in that same afternoon. They helped me to find the best way to use my Angie's List coupon, saved me some money, and the installer is very professional. I am pleased with their service, and will hire again.

The company sent David Pullen. He was very professional. He called prior to arrival (and arrived exactly when he said he would), treated my home and property with respect. David left everything as tidy as he found it. He made sure everything was in working order and was very safety consciousness.

It went really well. I found Water Heaters Only on Angie's List and they had a number of A reviews. Also, they had an offer -- $100 for $200 credit toward a water heater installation. I called in the morning and requested they come in the afternoon. I got a call from Chris S. at 12:15 PM indicating he was on his way and we met at my condo at 1 PM sharp. He explained the work to be done, the cost, and how long it would take. Chris also did additional items such as install a pan under the water heater and insulate all pipes (the previous plumber did neither). I am pleased and will use Water Heaters Only next time.

I wasn't very pleased, the quote was almost double what my other plumber was quoting. It really didn't seem like they wanted to do it. I have a bigger water tank, and I think it was a little bit of a more difficult job and it seemed like they didn't really wanna do the job, so they quoted me a really high price. It wouldn't match, their website price didn't reflect the quote that I got. There was no out of pocket cost for me. On responsiveness, they were fine with that; they came right out. Honestly, I don't think that was professional the way they handled things.

I was very pleased with Pat, the technician that handled the job. He called to inform me he would be arriving within 40 minutes to an hour, and arrived within this window. He assessed the situation, confirming that a replacement was necessary. He quoted a price that I agreed to and proceeded to remove the old unit and install the new one. The installation process went very smoothly with Pat explaining things along the way. He was very thorough in checking that everything was done properly. When done, he explained how the controls worked, and showed me how to light the pilot. Before leaving, he noticed that the water pressure in the heater was exceeding a safe level, and recommended an expansion tank for a solution. I appreciated his attention to safety and detail to make sure the installation was to my satisfaction.

Very minor repair on my water heater, diagnosed, gave options, and fixed the problem. Provided a terrific service, no need to replace the water heater, and it works fine now.

Mostly some surface level checks but plenty of conversation on why, how, what, when, etc. I got the most out of the knowledgeable conversation than the physical checks that were done. That said I appreciate the checks they did during their time at my house.

They did a good job. It was done quickly and they were very efficient and neat. The price was more than I expected but I didn't really shop around, so I guess it was a fair price.

I'm giving Water Heaters Only straight A's across the board. They were polite & professional during my inquiry, then when I selected them, arrived on time, finished faster than stated, and at a very reasonable price (lower than other companies as I shopped around). I'd recommend them!

It went amazing, from the first call to the actual install and clean up, water heaters only were easily the best. I got a same day appointment, very professional install, and feel much better about our water heater. I couldn't recommend them any more!

The installation went incredibly smooth and was completed quickly. I was fortunate to have Chris Scovilie do the work for us. Chris was the rare contractor to actually completely satisfy me. I am very particular and pay attention to all details. Well, I met my match in Chris. He was also a perfectionist. I would recommend Water Heaters Only very highly.

My very elderly water heater (21 years) finally developed the leak of death. It was 5:00pm on a Sunday and after searching Angie's List I found Water Heater's Only. I expected to possibly get an answering machine when I called, but they picked up right way. They offered an appointment the following morning-early afternoon, and Jim and Milton showed up right on time at the early portion of the time estimate window. Both were extremely nice, and very professional. The entire job took less than 2 hours and the area around the new water heater was clean (can't say much about the rest of the garage since several boxes were a soggy disaster). Thanks again for an A++ job with the BEST price in town! I would definitely hire again. (P.S. check out Google too - this company gets 5-star reviews)

I woke up, jumped in the shower, only to find cold water coming out. I jumped on Angie's List and found Water Heaters Only, Inc. Their reviews prompted me to give them a call. The person I spoke to gave me a time that a technician would call. Chris called before the time I was given which I appreciated. He and Pat showed up right when they said and went to check out my water heater. It is located under my house on a concrete pad with block construction around it. There was a couple inches of water in the space. They pumped out the water and the space started filling again so it was definitely the water heater and not from all the recent, heavy rain they had. They gave me a price and I upgraded from the 40 gallon to a 50 gallon for a very reasonable increase. They were able to get the old one out and new one installed in a very short time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and in no time I was back with hot water flowing in my house. I give Water Heaters Only, Inc. my highest recommendation and the technicians Chris and Pat were great. I would definitely use them again. BTW, the water heaters they install are made in the USA which was a big plus for me.

Really well. We called and spoke with David, who was very nice and informative; he scheduled us on the same day. The installers, Derek and Patrick were also very nice and pleasant; also very clean. They answered all our questions without hesitation and performed the work within the timeframe they estimated. They even cleaned out the debris behind the old water heater!
