We have had Water Heaters Only replace water heaters in the past. I noticed brown tinted hot water and decided to replace the water heater. The technician, Danny, arrived promptly at the beginning of the appointment window. He had called 20 minutes before to let me know he was on the way. Danny was professional and very personable. He worked quickly to replace the water heater and make sure everything was up-to code and then explained exactly what he had done and which parts in addition to the water heater needed to be replaced/upgraded. We continue to have good service from this company and we recommend the company and Danny, the technician.

THE WATER HEATER, WHICH I PURCHASED THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST ON 8/5/16, STOPPED WORKING NINE MONTHS AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED. I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED ON THE TANK AND TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST THAT I NEED WARRANTY SERVICE. WHEN THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED HE CHARGED ME $400.00 TO REPLACE A BROKEN PART. WHEN I INSISTED THAT IT SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE HE STATED THAT SERVICE CALLS WERE NOT FREE AND IF I WANTED IT REPAIRED I HAD TO PAY HIS BILL; BELIEVING HIM I PAID THE BILL. l LATER FOUND MY INVOICE WHICH SPECIFICALLY STATED THAT I HAD ONE YEAR PART AND ONE YEAR LABOR ON PARTS. WHAT A RIPOFF. ONE CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT A WATER HEATER AND SPEND TIME SEARCHING FOR A DIFFERENT REPAIR SERVICE.

When our water heater broke I found this company offers a water heater service discount so we immediately purchased it and have them to install the water heater. The price and installation were excellent, so I was happy that we got such good deal. However 3 months later the brand new water heater broke, and the same company charged us 300 to fix it. Our old water heater lasted 15 years and never had any problem. I could only say they will always get you at the end. There is no such thing as a good offer. Lessons learned.

Great...the technician said only a incoming water line was leaking. He replaced the line and resolved the problem. Cost was minimal.

My water heater was leaking, I called Water Heaters Only and they were able to come out and replace it that day. Technician Pat arrived well within the 3 hour time period estimated, explained what he needed to do, and completed the new installation in about and hour and 15 minutes, just as he had estimated. Final price was slightly higher than what I was told over the phone, but Pat explained I had to have some additional work done to make the installation code compliant. I am very happy with the new heater and recommend Water Heater Service and especially Pat highly.

I put in a request online around 7 am and received a return call at 10 am. We scheduled a time for the plumber to give me an estimate. The estimate was in line with what others reported in their reviews, and since Water Heaters Only had good reviews, I had them proceed with the replacement. It took about 2.5 hours from start to cleanup. The work was thorough and professional; everything that needed replacement including the decking, vent pipes, gas lines, etc. was brought up to code. Would definitely use them again.

Called for a quote on 05/26/2018, was told that a new, 40 gallon Bradford White would cost $1200-1400 to replace and install. Patrick came by for an estimate within two hours. He said it would cost $1550; which although higher than the price over the phone, it was still more competitive than other estimates I had received. Patrick was professional and efficient. The work took about 2.5 hours total. Came with 1 year labor and parts warranty, 6 years warranty for the tank. I would recommend again! -Sage S.

Water heater broke on Thursday evening, contacted " Water Heater Only" on Friday afternoon and they were able to come out first thing Saturday morning and got hot water back on by mid morning. Very pleased with the responsiveness and overall work.

I got home from vacation to find a water leak in my water heater and no hot water. I called Water Heaters Only and they gave me an appointment time a couple of hours later. Pat called to let me know he was on his way which was great. (Good thing I answered because their cell phone numbers aren’t San Diego phone numbers) He showed up right on time and found the problem right away. He gave me two options; one was to just fix the water leak and the second was to replace the whole unit. Since it was around 8 years old I decided to go with the later. He explained how to use it and even let me video it. I had great confidence in his ability to solve the problem and get cleaned up when he left. Couldn’t have been easier.

Excellent, I called Water Heaters only on a Sunday and was pleased that I could communicate on Weekend. They were very helpful , honored my warrantee and contacted their local installer. He called very quickly and advised he could arrive within an hour and a half . He was very prompt, did an excellent job in minimal time and spent time explaining all the features that I needed to know. His name is Pat and I would most certainly recommend him and the company.

Very well. Chris Scoville, the technician, called ahead let us know his time of arrival; he was right on time. He was very professional, answered all your questions, and explained in detail exactly what he would do. Chris was focused on the job, knew exactly what he had to do, did it efficiently, and had the new water heater installed in about two hours. The entire job was neat and clean and we were very pleased with the results.

What's better than calling a place at 11:45 PM and getting a live person on the phone. I didn't have to leave a message but was, instead, able to schedule a replacement for 10 AM the next morning. The guy, Chris Scoulla, arrived at 9:30 AM after messaging me to inform me that he could get here earlier than scheduled. In a little over an hour, I had a new 40 gallon hot water heater up and running and the old one hauled away. Everything was done to code...neat and clean. Everything was explained clearly. I would never hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing repair or replacement of the hot water heater. First class all the way.

I called on a Saturday to have a new water heater installed and was very happy with the person I spoke with. She answered all of my questions and made scheduling an appointment very easy. I was scheduled for the very next day (Sunday) and Patrick arrived right on time and did an excellent job of installing the hot water and all of the pipes, lines and connections. He also installed a missing vent cap that we provided. All of the residue from the installation was cleaned up and the area was left in perfect shape. He was friendly and efficient, and I would not hesitate to use this company again.
