Could not have been better experience. Service was professional, he was careful. he was timely, water heater was great quality and has performed well.

I woke up to find water on the floor of the garage and determined that it was the water heater leaking. I looked on Angie's list , found water heaters only, and called them at 7 a.m. They answered promptly and said they could have someone there between 8 and 10 a.m. that morning. At 8:30 the serviceman pulled up and replaced the leaking water heater. He was polite, knowledgeable and had everything done by 10 a.m. I thought the price was fair and the service was outstanding!

Bill was the serviceman who came to our home. He was incredibly professional, on time, and efficient. He explained the different tests and steps he was taking. He quickly diagnosed the problem and put in a new dip tube. He also did some very minor repairs to the vent and replaced a valve. The vent repair and the valve were things he did that went above and beyond what he had to do. I really appreciated that he explained what he was doing with each step and the final problem/resolution. I haven't tested out the final repair yet, but I would be happy to have them come out again if problems persisted.

Water Heaters Only did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I did call several places since I was buying a large water heater and expect a fairly wide range of prices. They were able to bring it all all in at one of the best prices. While calling around, I could start to see the places were some other companies were inflating their prices. Water Heaters Only was the only one that was pretty straight forward on everything and didn't try to kick the price up $40 on this and $50 on that other service. The only minor bad mark: It may be a standard practice, but they only sent one guy to install. That was perhaps just on the edge of being okay for a large water heater going into a pan up on a pedestal.

They are fantastic and cheap! They were half the price of the plumber I called. I called on a Sunday and they answered right away and scheduled to come out the next day.

On Sunday morning, our water tank began leaking onto the garage floor. Thinking we would have to pay a fortune to have someone come out on a Sunday, we called to make an appt. for the following workday. We were told there would be no additinal charge and a serviceman could be there in less than 2 hours. Derek showed up in well under 2 hours and described in detail exactly what we needed and how much the price would be. He even offered to tell us about several discounts which were available. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a very professional job in under 2 hours. We used this company the last time we had a water heater installed 12 years ago and were pleased with the quality and the many years of service we got from the old heater. The price was well below what some of our neighbors have paid for a lesser quality item. Overall, we are extremely pleased with this company, it's products and installers.

I called this company because they installed the old water heater. The 9 yr old water heater was leaking out the bottom. It had a 10 yr warranty on the tank but I was told it didn't apply due to having a water softener installed the year prior. Pete replaced the water heater, the flex lines for the hot & cold water, the gas line & the vent. Later that evening I noticed the drain valve leaking. I called the company the following morning. They said someone would return within 2 hrs. 3 1/2 hrs later I called back. I was told my service request was not forwarded to the dispatcher. Pete returned on the third day & replaced the drain valve.

WILL, DID A VERY GOOD JOB, WAS COURTEOUS AND ON TIME.

THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE OLD WATER HEATER HAD SOME PLUMBING THAT WAS NOT UP TO CURRENT CODE, SO THEY WORKED ON THAT ALSO AND MADE IT SAFER.
