It was out of code (found out late) and couldn't be replaced except with legal tankless system. Home Policy wouldn't pay, I'm widow from out of state..found Water Heaters Only and JIM (awesome) and even their management treated me like family. Honest, Fair Professional, CARING; Jim fought to get me best deal...working hard to get top of line heater for best price, introduced me to Angie's List where special offer saved me another $150... This wonderful tech crawled under 1930 house, making sure everything ok and installed top of line Perfect heater! Works GREAT, never out of hot water, I was amazed. Previous bid was over $4600! If you want True professionals to "right size" correct unit for your home, honesty and integrity guaranteed..then this is ONLY company. Thank You so much Jim and Water Heaters Only!
