Great. Plumber was knowledgeable, efficient & did a great job.

The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. they dug a trench through the yard, removed the existing pipe and replaced it with a new pipe, connected to existing house plumbing and to the street connection. It took 2 days (it was VERY deep trench and had to be dug by hand because of other pipes in the yard). They kept me informed of their progress on a regular basis, showed me what they were doing when issues came up, and returned the yard to it's original condition.

He did an excellent job. Since he was working on the gas line he asked me to call the gas company and they came and checked the line and valve. The gas company man tightened it so I could barely turn it. Obviously, this was their way of ensuring no leaks. I was very happy with the plumber and his work. His charge was more than fair. John

I had a very positive experience with them. They were here a couple of months ago.

Always went very clean, courteous, prompt and very near or on estimates.

Brent provided me with an estimate and time frame. A new flange was installed and now I can go ahead with my bathroom update with no more worries.

I called because the water heater did not automatically turn on when the water temperature dropped below the set ting. TLC said they would arrive between 10 ant noon but called to say they were running late. I find this very common with many providers but still I think it unprofessional. Anyway, the plumber came and determined that the gas control valve was bad. He called his office and they said the part was available but was downtown. The plumber gave me a price of about $250 to install even though the part was under warranty. I agreed to that price. He went downtown but when he came back 2 hours later he said that the part they had was the wrong one and brought me a new water heater instead and now the price was $565 to install. Well, I have no water heater so I am forced to accept this. I ended up with a new water heater and a new warranty but I did spend more than my budget. If it wasn't that the part would take till the next week to get, because of the 4th holiday, I would have done without hot water for a day. The installation was professional and the place was left clean. I have used TLC in the past and they continue to have courteous and professional technician.

I am very happy with the service I received from Brent! I walked into my house Saturday morning after running errands to find a huge puddle of water on my kitchen floor as well as very evident water saturation in the ceiling. I called two plumbers off of Angie's list and neither were available to come that day; one referred me to TLC saying he previously worked for them and had confidence in their work so I gave them a call. I received the secretary who took my information and said they would be able to get someone to my house that morning (I called around 9:30am). Thad, the owner, called me back about 20 minutes later to get a better understanding of the issue and dispatched a plumber who arrived around 10:45am. Brent was courteous and very polite; he was warm towards my dog which is always appreciated. He took a look at the ceiling and explained that there would be a flat fee of $185 to locate the leak and then the price would be determined afterwards and discussed before work performed. He laid down a tarp and quickly got to work, taking care to keep the area as clean as possible. After determining the problem (broken pipe connected to the showerhead) and discussing the options and costs, he offered to install the new pipe/showerhead he had on hand in his truck or run to the store to purchase the one we previously had for the existing shower head. Due to time constraints we opted to use the one he had available. Afterwards he installed a sink faucet I had previously purchased very quickly and it looks and works like a charm! We had also inquired about installing a water line to the refrigerator and he was kind enough to look at the pipe set up and provide an estimated cost of install for the line at a later date. After all work was complete, he cleaned up the tarp taking all of the debris with him and took a clean rag and wiped away all footprints on my carpets/wood floors. He also provided me a referral for dry wall repair! I am very happy with Brent and TLC's performance and availability to handle the situation. I will most defiantly be using them again and highly recommend them. This is my first plumbing problem but I don't feel like the price was unreasonable and was very impressed at Brent's offer to make a special trip for our part.

We've only been in this house for 6 months. Over Easter, we had 25 family members over for dinner, several staying with us as house guests. Suffice it to say, the plumbing was overwhelmed with waste products. By our own choice, we decided NOT to use our Home Warranty Company's service provider as their contractor received F's here on Angie's list and on another local rating site. Going it alone on cost, every dollar counted. We chose TLC and are glad we did! They had someone out in hours. They fixed the problem and we were back in business with everyone showering and using all the facilities. Unbeknownst to the plumbing tech or ourselves, it was not until the day after our guests left, and we ran our washing machine, that we found out that we had so thoroughly clogged the system that we apparently plugged that drain as well. TLC responded very quickly, snaking the laundry line and had us back to normal in no time. Their computerized records indicated that they have serviced this house before for the previous owners. We hope not to need them for awhile, but when we need a plumber we will definitely be calling TLC!!

I've used them multiple times. It was a long project. Material, labor, and everything was $12,259. Everything was excellent. They were always punctual, communicated very well, were clear at the beginning, told me what could go wrong, my plumbing was old, they have expertise in that, they subcontracted some of the work, and they were excellent, and so was the quality. It sounds like a lot of money, but, for the quality I got, it was worth it. Chad, the owner was cool, and all the guys are honest, and were spot on. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future.

It seems like the plumbing functions fine, it's just the hardware was not installed to criteria and it did not look good aesthetically. They came back one time to try to install it according to manufacturer's specs, and they got the hardware tighter, but there was still a weird gap, just less of one. They said they'd fill it with caulking. Manufacturer said caulking is not needed there. Could just be a cheaper design that they chose to use I suppose. They said they'd come back to look at it again, but needed to call me back because they were too upset to talk about it. I never received a call back. They had been paid in full. This was not the first time they did not call back after promising to call. One time they did not show up when scheduled. I called to ask where they were and they said they did not have the part and would need to reschedule - good thing I called. Communication seems to be difficult among employees and with customers. *Update* the shower is leaking now. Just one year and a month after the work was completed. There is a perpetual drip. I'll update again after we get it addressed. And my tile woman did not move the pipe. The plumbing technicians said they could not adjust the pipe to help make the slip fit spout fit more accurately, so how could she have moved it? According to other plumbers, they do not use these style spouts because you can encounter problems with them. It may seem 'easy' to install and time efficient from a company standpoint, but you get what you pay for.

I was very happy with them. We called several people but none agreed to do it but TLC Plumbing Inc did it for us. They were very pleasant, prompt and they got the job done. I would rate them high overall. I really wanted it to be done and I was willing to pay anything to get it done. I would use them again in the future.

They have done an excellent job and very speedy. They have used their time well and been very patient with answering our questions. We have been very impressed with them.

They are an outstanding company. Overall, my experience with them was excellent. I have had dealings with them for about three or four years. They are pleasant people. I have been completely satisfied by every connection I have had with them - their service, the quality of their work, the promptness with which they respond, their followup. They came on a sat and helped us. They also go beyond the call, they don?t just do what we have asked them to do - I ask them a question on something else and they are happy to help me. They are hardworking people. I think they are a great company. I would use them again in the future.

Poorly. No follow up. Broken promises to provide an advance copy of the warranty. Broken promises to fill in the dangerous open trench TLC plumbing left behind.

I called the manager who was not in to talk about the charges and asked him to call me back because of the need to repeat and re-pay for a service that was originally and obviously not done well. It has been almost two weeks and no one has returned my call or my money. A toilet wax seal should last many many years. There are no moving or complicated parts to seating a toilet. They should stand by their work. I would not use them again for any plumbing work.

We spent about $300. They showed up on time. They did good work. They cleaned up all the things that they needed to clean up. We had no complaints. We will use them again in the future.

They are great. They told me I could buy my own disposal, toilets, and shower head which would be less expensive if I purchased myself rather than from them. They always call. They are always very nice and on time. James Bates is my plumber, and I always ask for him and they always send him with no problem. Whenever I speak with them on the phone they are always polite. When I first called them out I decided I wanted my water heater changed, they let me know I didn't need it repaired. He let me know they didn't want to charge me for something i didn't need.

The kitchen sink was easy to diagnose. The plumber arrived on time, was exceptionally pleasant and did a good job. The leak into my garage was very difficult to diagnose. The plumber arrived on time and tried very hard to locate and fix the source of the problem. However, it was necessary to hire a leak locator (no fault of TLC plumbing). TLC came back once the leak was located and fixed it quickly.

Needed work done quickly so I agreed to the excessive pricing. Would not use them again...paid twice what the work was worth. My attempt to get a clear explanation of the pricing from their warehouse manager (Keith Phillips) was met with a defensive posture and an incomplete response.

The receptionist was accurate and polite with scheduling. The plumbers were clean extremely knowledgeable punctual and treated my house like it was their own.

He was prompt, courteous, professional and showed concern for doing a good job of matching other fixtures in bathroom at minimum cost.
