They have serviced our home a number of times over the years and our home is a 50 year old home, and they were just an outstanding company, after them, I won't be going to any other companies for our plumbing needs. They were just like families, they were very respectful of our property, very good people, the work they did was very good, they were very trustworthy, and I no need to check on them, because I can trust their work. Reasonable pricing, considering that it was an emergency.

Once the plumber got here, everything went great. The plumber was tied up on an earlier job, which caused him to be late for mine. He helped me save a lot of money after he got here. The new faucet works a lot better than the old one ever did.

David and Danny came to my house and inspected the shut off valves and supply lines to my toilets, sinks, washing machine, and dishwasher. They recommended replacing 9 valves and supply lines. I also needed to have 2 bathroom faucetts and the bathtub spout replaced . David researched faucetts and recommended Moen faucetts that were a close match to my existing faucetts. When David and Danny came to do the work, we decided to replace all the valves and supply lines. The shut off valve to my water heater was rusted so after inspection, we decided to replace that as well. David and Danny covered all flooring in the work areas and the hallway wood floor with protective floor cloths. They worked carefully and answered my questions. When they turned the house water back on they carefully inspected all valves for possible leaks. Before leaving they checked my house water pressure. It was much too high so they replaced the water pressure regular. Once again, when they turned the water back on after the work was complete, they re-inspected all the valves. I highly recommend them for such expert work and their cheerful, courteous, and professional manner

It went very well. Larry arrived to do the work just outside the appointment window, however he called within the appointment window to tell me that he would be late. Totally acceptable. Traffic is what it is and sometimes a prior job will take a while longer to complete. Larry is very professional and at the same time easy to talk with. A good combination. He listened to my story and asked good questions. I watched as he diagnosed the water hammer problem and asked questions as he worked. He never was bothered by my questions and gave good answers. I really appreciated that. He showed me that the toilet fill valve was a cause for the water hammer problem. Earlier, he ruled out the water heater which can contribute to water hammer. He replaced the angle stop, water supply line and the toilet fill valve. He explained how to adjust the fill valve if needed. Well, this solved the water hammer issue. It is one day later and there still is no water hammer problem. What a relief that is.

From the time of the call to completion of the repair, the experience was A-1. Within a few hours of talking with Thad, Tom arrived and did an excellent job of explaining the problem and replacing the insides of the toilet; neat, clean, and professional. While the cost was a bit pricey, the quick response and great service balanced it out. We have been looking around for a plumber we can rely on and believe we have found such a company and highly recommend TLC Plumbing. Thank you for a job well done!

We had TLC Plumbing replace our kitchen faucet, repair some leaks under the sink, and re-seat/re-seal a toilet. They were able to schedule the repairs the same day I called, and the technician was prompt, friendly and explained many of the details. No problems with any of the work (now two weeks later). I’d hire again and would recommend.

Thad showed me how to fix the plunger in sink myself. He was thorough about the toilet blockage. He didn't retrieve the plastic block frame but he repeatedly snaked it & was able to send it on thru the sewage system. I had same day service on the day I called.

Some time ago I needed a plumber. I went to the yellow pages and found TLC listing. I liked Thad's ad. Thad took care of the minor problem to my complete satisfaction. In March 2015 I discovered that I had a water leak under my slab. There was no question as to who I would call for the major plumbing problem. I called TCL. A TLC plumber came by within one hour, verified the problem and arranged for a leak detector. My insurance company accepted TLC to do the work. Thad arrived arrived early, worked late and by the next day we were back in business. Thad looked for the best way to repair the problem instead of the simple way ( Prior experience with another company), He helped me in my contact with my insurance adjuster and most important to both my Wife and I Thad treated my home as his home and that is very important to us. Also important to us is that we and Thad share a Christian belief. TENDER LOVING CARE- TLC The way to Go!. No, not a relative just a very satisfied customer.

Thad is a very contentious plumber who works neatly with attention to detail. His work area is spotless when he is finished. His work has small details that other plumbers don't care about. Like insulating the hot water pipes and including ties to keep the insulation in place and looking neat.

My main toilet was clogged. I called early on a Monday morning and they were able to send out a serviceman within a couple of hours. Tom was courtesy, professional and even cleaned up his work area. He also had a couple of ideas of what the main problem could be. Two days later I emailed to ask for estimates to replace the toilet (one of Tom's suggestions). Ruth called and was very understanding about my time availability and toilet-style request. I had already researched toilet brands and read the reviews. I felt fortunate that TLC only carries the brand I wanted. Tom spoke with Danny, the serviceman scheduled to install the new toilet, and shared his thoughts on the project. Upon removing the toilet, Danny did find an improperly installed rubber seal, which had come loose, was deteriorated and was causing the blockage (I will refrain from using that family member for repair work in the future). It's Saturday, Danny has just left and I now have a beautiful toilet. Thank you so much for hiring such great employees.

Thod is extremely customer oriented and knowledgeable. He installed the dishwasher and garbage disposal quickly and efficiently and the work was neat and clean. I would definitely recommend him- he is honest and knows his trade.

I was preparing to replace the toilet, when the shutoff valve pulled out of the wall. The iron connecting pipe had corroded to almost nothing but rust. Fortunately the main water supply had been shut off. Made an emergency phone call on Saturday afternoon. They were prepared to come out that night, but I made the appointment for Sunday. Brent arrived right on time, gave me an estimate for the repair, and also for installing the new toilet. His work was excellent. He explained what was being done, and any possible problems that may occur that would affect the estimate. Cleaned out the remains of the iron pipe to the copper nipple and installed a brass connector, replaced the old shutoff valve, and installed the toilet. Had all the parts in the truck, and cleaned up everything when done. Work was excellent, very professional, and neat. And there were no additions to the original estimate of work or price.

Work was performed, but left much to be desired. With the installation of the touchless faucet a bundling of hoses underneath the sink was required. Plumber said "we usually carry plastic straps to bundle hoses, but I'm out. Result..he used blue painter's tape instead. Looks like a work in progress instead of a finished product. In master bath, shower head leaks.

Responsive and professional. Will use again.
