Description of Work: I had a mold problem in 2 bathrooms that were being addressed that revealed leaks and a broken toilet. TLC was called in by the mold remediation company to fix the problems. They came right in have me a quote that was reasonable for the work to be done and a few extra ties I requested. They were professional and did the work quickly. I would recommend them.

Overall, the job was satisfactory.
Description of Work: He was punctual to the the diagnostic task on the plumbing problem, I recommend that he should give time for the owner to meet him at the rental property. He was a little impatient that the owner was not there right away. It only took the owner 10 minutes to meet with him at the rental property.

Company never responded.
Description of Work: We called and asked for an estimate to have an outdoor drain cleaned and were told we would get a call back in the morning. The draining problem is a pretty big issue right now with the impending rain. They never called us back. When a customer is having a drainage problem, it is important that they get a timely response, even if it is just to say that the company can't do the work. Professional courtesy!

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME, GOT RIGHT TO WORK AND THE JOB WAS DONE WITH NO DELAY AND QUICKLY. THERE WAS NO MESS TO CLEAN UP. I DISCOVERED LATER THAT IT IS A FAMILY BUSINESS AND THE YOUNG MAN WHO CAME ON THE CALL IS ALSO A FAMILY MEMBER (NEPHEW) THE QUALITY OF SERVICE REFLECTED A PERSONAL COMMITMENT TO QUALITY.
Description of Work: REMOVE EXISTING KITCHEN SINK AND FAUCET AND INSTALL A NEW ONE OF A DIFFERENT DESIGN. INCLUDED INSTALLING A NEW FAUCET, AIR GAP, AND SOAP DISPENSER AND NEEDED CHANGES IN THE ACTUAL PIPES IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE ALL THE NEW HARDWARE. ALSO INCLUDED REMOVING AND RE-INSTALLING THE DISPOSAL UNIT AND HAULING AWAY ALL THE OLD PARTS.

THE PLUMBER SENT OUT BY TLC WAS ON TIME AND VERY POLITE. HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND FINISHED QUICKLY. WHEN HE WAS DONE, HE CLEANED UP HIS MESS VERY WELL.
Description of Work: THE PLUMBING IN OUR BATHROOMS WAS BACKING UP INTO THE DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER. THEY CAME OUT AND RAN A SNAKE THROUGH THE PIPES OUT TO THE SEPTIC TANK AND BROKE UP THE PLUGGED SPOT.
