Description of Work: We signed the contract 9/8, were measured for the fence on 10/16 and it was installed 10/27. We knew they were busy so the timing was great. Everything went well and the fence is wonderful.

Description of Work: Overall they did a great job at evaluating the cost of the job and giving a fair estimate. Ultimately the work was put on hold. I received an email with an estimate of the cost of each product as discussed with sadhir (vp). I think highly of these gentlemen. They are very professional and the quality of their work is great. I would definitely go with Fred's for future projects.

Description of Work: The service was for my mom's address.When she called, they asked what area of town she lived in. When she told them, they asked her to send a picture instead of coming out to look themselves and give her an estimate. They are not located that far from where she lives. She didn't want to use them after that.

Description of Work: We wanted a fencing firm that also did masonary work and Fred Fencing was the only company that provided both. Although we got bids from others, they were either a purely fencing company with no masonary expertise or masonary company with no wrought iron fencing capability. But all were willing to contract the work that was not their core competency.Brothers Shadi and Fadi were the principals. Their estimates were not the cheapest. One did the cost estimates while the other was the designer and project manager. It was a curved half wall with curved wrought iron fencing on top of it with an ornamental gate. The stucco finish of the masonary work matched perfectly with the exterior of the house. Fred Fencing fabricate their own wrought iron fencing. The quality of their workmanship both wrought iron and masonary work is simply superb. We wanted the work done in a hurry as we were hosting a Christmas party in 12 days. Fred fencing committed to finishing the work in time and they more than kept their word. All work areas were cleaned and we have had rave reviews from a lot of people who come to our house. To say that we are pleased with their work and resposiveness is simply an understatement!!! We recommend them unconditionally and we will be proud to show their work to any prospective customer.

 + 0 moreI worked with Fadi - he was always a gentleman, tackled all challenges, and was easy to reach by email and phone. He came out twice for measurements and to show color samples, was very patient in explaining the choices and in recommending options. The crew came out to do a test install before the galvanizing and powder coating to be sure all fit perfectly. The end result is beautiful - the color, style and design are just as we'd want, and the workmanship is terrific. We get lots of compliments. I highly recommend!
Description of Work: I had Fred's do all of the wrought iron work on our major remodel. 4 decks/balconies with wrought iron, powder coated railings, and all of the iron handrails.

 + 0 moreGREAT!!! We interviewed 2 others that were cheaper but I really liked him the best. At first he may seem abrupt because he tells you what he really thinks instead of what he thinks you may want to hear. For me it was music to my ears!! He helped me match an existing railing (per his suggestion he said to refurbish it rather than redo the whole thing). I told him what my husband and I liked, he came up with an idea and we LOVED it!!! Even my hard to please, find ever flaw husband. We hired him again to do an addition with a gate again we LOVED it!! What surprised us the most was he was true to his word regarding time to deliver and installing the final product. We thought that NEVER happened in this business. I recommend him to all of our neighbors and friends even if they are not looking for iron work.
