Description of Work: Jeff the owner is very personable. He repaired a broken front door latch and lock. The parts were under warranty, but the dis-assembly and re assembly was quite complex. His charge was very reasonable, and he was very prompt.

Description of Work: The owner came out the morning I called and removed the existing lock in my front door (that was stuck), installed a new lock with dead bolt that I purchased and keyed it to my existing key.
