The locksmith was able to respond the same day I called. He changed 3 locks. The laundry room needed a new knob. He repaired and replaced locks to service, lubricate and adjust to lock properly. He also provided extra keys per customer request. Very happy with this company.

I had a great experience with this locksmith. He showed up on time in a professional van and he worked very fast. There was an issue we had with a door being so thick that the doorknob wouldn't work. He came back right away and fixed it without charging again. Will definitely use again!

Jeff was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. We also thought the price was very reasonable considering the number of locks we had. We had purchased 7 new deadbolt & lever sets for the doors in our new house and he removed the old ones and put the new ones on for us. We also had him move an old lock to a different door so we can lock off portion of our home during demolition/remodeling. He provided instruction on how to use the digital keyless entry pad because I had never used one before. He noticed one of our existing deadbolt strike plates was not reinforced with the proper length screws and so he repaired that for us which was greatly appreciated. Once he was done we tested all of the locks & keys and then he cut us some additional ones. Overall a great experience and we will be contacting him again in the future.

He could have charged me for a whole new lock but instead he fixed the tiny part that was broken. He also saw that my screen door was not working so he fixed that as well. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was timely and kind.

Terrible. When he realized he riveted my door back together incorrectly he blew up in anger in my driveway, swore, throw things down on the ground, shouted that this lock is not meant to be changed. I asked him to calm down and told him he was scaring me. He did not acknowledge me. He very angrily began to rip the door apart with the rivet remover. I became scared and called my neighbor to come over and a male friend. My neighbor stayed until my male friend showed up. When Jeff was done he walked right into my house with out knocking. It alarmed my friend that he would do that as my friend is a business owner. Jeff proceeded to charge me 165.00 for one small lock successfully changed and the second one not changed and the door is now bent. Jeff casually and flippantly said " I was mad at myself".. I said " that was very apparent". He then put the responsibility on me to find this lock and he offered to return and install the lock. I would never have this individual near my home again. He scared me and I dont think he would have done such outrageous behavior to a male customer.

Jeff Pugh arrived at the appointed time, installed the new hardware on the back door, re-keyed the front door, and make me an additional 3 keys. He was pleasant and professional. I was pleased with the results.

I thought Jeff was just coming to give me a bid and tell me what I needed to purchase at hardware store. But he had all the locks and materials in his truck. He had a couple of suggestions and proceeded to do all the work. I had one deadbolt lock that had the key opening on the outside and inside of the door. I have always thought these very unsafe because if you don't keep the key in the door at all times you could be trapped in your home in an emergency. He changed that to a new lock that is much safer, door can be secured with little knob inside and key only used on outside of door. I have a neighbor that is having awful time fixing his door lock and gave him Jeff's card.

Called in the morning and arrived in the afternoon same day. Re keyed all house locks to same key type and re keyed locks to match. Excellent service and at a fair price.

Jeff rekeyed several locks, set up a master lock for an external entry door, and replaced a couple locks/knobs. Jeff beat me to the property; we did a walk-through to put together the work list; had a no-BS price conversation; and he executed all the work in a bit over an hour. Jeff was also accommodating when I threw a couple additional requests into the mix as he was working. There was a little sawdust left over from some drill work, but otherwise the entire job was completely without fault.

He was on time; very professional to work with. And he really knew what he was doing especially when compared to buying a lock from Home Depot.

Jeff showed up on time and was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. He made several recommendations without any pressure to replace the old locks with new locks. With my decision to proceed with the changes, he replaced 1 deadbolt and installed another deadbolt. He changed the cylinder combination on 9 lock and 1 Mortise cylinder. He did a GREAT job. I plan on using his service to replace the locks on our rental property.

There was an internal problem with the lock caused by expansion of the wood door. Jeff had to take the lock apart in order to fix it. He was very polite and professional.

He looked at every door and lock to see what would be the best solution for each door before he began. He had already given me an idea about possible charges before he came. He did the work very efficiently. I am pleased, as now I only need one key for the home instead of six! He is very pleasant and professional. I would definitely hire him again. I had several doors that did not have matching locks. Because the front door deadbolt was broken I had Jeff come out to replace it and to fix all locks so that they would be keyed the same. He arrived on time, listened to my concerns and proceeded to do exactly what I asked. Everything turned out perfectly and was done in a timely manner.
