Her personable phone demeanor was refreshing and the fact that she had an immediate referral available was very much appreciated. For that reason, I will consider All Cities Pest Control in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. We like them. They are pretty nice to work with. When it was time to stay with them, they were billing me and I told them that I wanted them to start billing my mother and they were amiable. I had paid for the initial year and then it was gonna go over to my mother and they were just really nice with it. The price is comparable to everybody else.

I was very pleased with the service. Communication was very good and professional, did a very good job and when I had a concern later on they took care of it immediately.

Did mostly ok - still have some spiders.

Last year I had a bad ant problem at my home starting around May. I hired this company in April of this year for their one year, four visit program. So far it's going great. We have not seen a single ant inside our home. Their technicians are very pleasant and professional. I definitely recommend this company.

I have a coupon for one year of service. This was the first of six bi-monthly service calls. I was very happy with what was done so far. I expect Ben to be ontime for the next call.

The technician was prompt and professional, friendly and thorough. He listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. He explained what he was doing and told me what I could expect.

When I called to reschedule the fly abatement, I was not given a reason that the yard pests were never addressed, and was told I would be called later with an explanation, which I never recieved. I rescheduled a visit for two weeks later, June 3rd, between 8am-9am. I took care to let my employer know that I would not be available during that time, and my wife also works full time and could not be present. On the appointed day, I waited until 8:45am, and when the worker had not arrived, I called the business number. I was told there was significant traffic congestion, preventing the worker from arriving by the promised time. I was told he would arrive no more than 25 minutes later. At 9:25am (40 minutes later), I called the business line again, and was told that continued road closures prevented the worker from arriving at our home. I had already checked the online traffic report, and did not see any problems in the affected area. I expressed displeasure, and was told I would receive a call shortly thereafter with additional information. At 9:40am I could not wait any longer and started my commute to work. I received a call at around 9:45am from Barbara, who explained that the worker scheduled for our home had quit with no advance notice. I explained that it would be exceedingly difficult for an adult to be present during business hours, and that this exception was a hardship upon our family. I received an apology, but no definite discount, refund, or other deal to keep me a loyal customer. Barbara promised to call my wife to arrange another date for service (this was at 9:45am) and she did not call my wife until 4:00pm later that day. My wife scheduled the appointment for Monday, June 10, but we are not optimistic that this promise will be honored.

After I bought my place I quickly realized I had a pest issue. All Cities had some positive scores as well as what seemed to be a reasonable so, I thought it worth a try. Shortly after purchasing, Michelle from All Cities front office called to schedule their initial visit....she was pleasant, professional and proactive...all good things. Chris, their tech shows up as scheduled, very professional and ready to manage the pest/insect issue, he waste's no time. After his initial visit, I notice a dramatic decrease in ant trails and spider webs and I'm optimistic that over the course of a year and 6 treatments my pest issue will be non-existant. So, all-in-all, well worth the purchase.

They were very professional and very nice to deal with. It seems to work well. We are pleased with them so far.

We contacted them and scheduled a time. We discussed our needs and they explained how they would perform the service and then proceeded to execute. They were prompt and courteous.

I live in La Mesa and for the first time in 22 years had rats in the attic. I could hear them running laps up there. A friend's son went up there to check things out. He was up there about 30 minutes and found droppings to confirm rats. He put up 2 traps baited with peanut butter under and over the peddle of the trap. Next day, we had 2 dead rats in the traps. He put up another 2 traps. I heard one go off for sure, but my friend's son was back in Illinois and wouldn't be able to help me this time. I detected a slight smell up there and knew I had to do something soon. Luckily, the weather has been very cold here, so the decomposition and smell was a little retarded. So, I did some research on line for someone good to come out.and take care of the situation for good. I'm a member of Angie's List so I checked there first and found a special for a couple of places. There was a $195 Rodent Abatement Package (normally $249) with ALL CITIES PEST CONTROL, so I contacted them. They sent someone out the next day, he was on time and very nice. However, he was extremely reluctant to actually go up into the attic and check things out. At first he said he didn't smell anything, but after about 10 minutes of getting him to get up there, he said he did smell a faint odor. He was only up there for about 5 minutes. He said he didn't see any traps and didn't see any rats in traps. And down he came. That was it! He said he couldn't see where the traps could now be and that he could not lift up any of the insulation to check for the trap or the dead rat. I was incredulous! He said he could set some more traps and then his company would monitor them (I had 5 visits total with the Angie's special), and would know where the traps they put were, but would do nothing about finding the dead one(s) up there. I told him I was very, very disappointed and was not going forward with anything else with All Cities. He still was very nice, but my problem was still a BIG problem re the dead rat(s) and odor. I also asked him about installing new insulation up there. He gave me an exorbitant quote. I was done with that company. So, I went back to the computer and did some more investigation. I found a company in La Mesa and Escondido, family owned, and had some good feedback, so I called them. They are PRO PACIFIC PEST CONTROL. They came out on time the next morning @ 9:00 a.m (Friday). Javier was very personable. I told him the situation. He went right up into the attic, and FOUND one dead rat in the trap almost immediately! He said he just followed the smell. Javier did a thorough inspection of the attic, although he didn't find the other rap, but at least the smell is gone now. He was VERY knowledgeable about rats and their habits. He found 3 spots in the attic that rats could potentially enter, and one at ground level by the door accessing the crawl space under the house. He examined the crawl space and found more droppings. Bottom line, I signed the contract with Javier and Pro Pacific Pest Control. Javier set about 12 traps in the attic and also under the house. I heard 2 go off last night. They are coming out on Tuesday to patch up the holes and check the traps. I also contracted with them to install TAP insulation up in the attic as well. Their cost was over 1/3 LESS than quoted by All Cities! I also asked Javier about bees because about a year or so ago, I had a bee problem and called a "relocate live bee" company. Well, they didn't relocate. They said the bees were too angry so they killed them all. I didn't know then, but it is much cheaper to kill them than to relocate them. The bee company should have given me a break on the price, since it was less expensive and troublesome for them to just kill the bees. It was also so sad that the bees had to be killed. I was shocked this had to be done. In any event, it cost $1,000 and I feel it was way over priced. Also, the cost included them "bee proofing" the house. If they had done their job thoroughly, they would have seen the 3 access areas that Javier found and I probably would not have this rat problem now. The areas Pro Pacific will patch are also areas for bee access to my home. Bottom line, I am extremely pleased and feel safe with hiring Pro Pacific Pest Control. I just wish I would have known to call them for the bee problem. Patricia La Mesa

They were very prompt. I thought they did a good job. I would hire them again. When I called them, I got good results. I was very pleased. I guess the price was reasonable.

This was a great Deal. They are very professional and responsive. They kept me informed of their progress and what they would be doing. They were on time. They were very open to suggestions. They went out of their way to take care of the issues I had in my house. This was a great experience!

I had been hearing noises in my attic and had All Cities come out to place traps. They made 3 trips and unfortunately were not able to trap anything. They did everything they could to find a potential point of entry but were not able to do so.

So far so good. I appreciated how quickly someone was able to come to my house. Everyone at All Cities has been friendly and professional. Pests appear to be under control.
