I love, love this company! Michelle is a friendly and helpful customer service representative. Chris and Scott are awesome employees!!! They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and get the job done. Their prices are great. I recommend this company with any pest control issue that you may have. Call them first.

Scott was very professional and pleasant. He was able to put my wifes mind at ease about a mouse she witnessed in our house. He set traps in the crawlspace and under the sink. When he returned the following week, we had caught two mise in the crawl space traps, none under the kitchen sink. The second trip out a week later nothing found. He will visit one more time next week to pick up the traps. No sign of rodents.

Christian came out and inspected the premises. He quickly determined that I had a rat in the house. This was extremely upsetting to me but Christian was reassuring that it appeared to be only one, found the source of entry and let me know that it was only in one area and had not spread to other areas of the house which was good. He set out traps and that night the rat was caught. I have closed off the entry area and the problem seems to be solved. Christian has since been back to check and at this point all seems fine and back to normal. I can again sleep in my house. Thank you Christian.

Excellent. A complete inspection was performed and the point of entry was identified and rectified. They returned on several occasions to inspect and dispose of traps. We have heard no sounds or signs of rodents in the attic since the completed. I would highly recommend their work.

First, I'd like to say that Christian is an extremely nice, honest guy who is always professional and courteous. Really impressed with his knowledge and overall demeanor. I suggest that All Cities re-consider the price point of $200 for a continuous trap check, particularly for homes in which it is determined upon the first visit that there aren't any pest issues. The last few checks were unnecessary. Additionally, we had a gopher problem that wasn't discovered and later were told All Cities doesn't handle gophers. Fair enough, but it seems like during a thorough check, that would've been caught and maybe a referral could've been made. That said, all the work done was done well and courteously.

Chris was on time, thorough, attentive to detail.

Our tech was great! He came back once a week for six weeks to be sure we got them all.

No one wants to have rats invade their home, but neighbors did a major remodel of their back yard sending the rats on a hunt to find a new home. I was really stunned at how quickly the rats presence became an issue, thankfully Christian at All Cities handled the business quickly and pretty painlessly (for me). In the 4 visits to my home Christian sealed up all the possible entrances and got rid of all the rats that were causing the problem. I could not hope for a better result. I hope I never have to use All Cities again for anything but if a situation were to arise I would definitely call them up again.

The technician was professional, punctual and the company was overall very responsive. They didn't end up catching anything and offered to come back to check since nothing was found each time. The theory is also that the sound we were hearing could've come from birds nesting near the roof. Unfortunately, we never got the report that we were suppose to get and the one time i followed up i was told I'd get a call back but that didn't happen either. We ended up moving out of the house so I didn't bother following up again. The work was good and the techs were all top notch, but I probably wouldn't use this, or similar services again unless I know for sure that there's rodents next time.

It has gone well so far. I have had three visits from the provider. He can always be counted on to be punctual and professional. He was able to answer any question I had. Although he has one more visit left, I feel confident that I have no more mice in the house, thanks to the provider.

I found them through Angie's List. I called them because I was having an ant problem. After their first visit the ant problem was gone and I thought it would be a wise investment to keep them coming back as a preventive measure. If I look at it from a cost standpoint, I think I'm paying a dollar a day basically to have ant protection and I'm kind of okay with that. The individual who has been coming out on a regular basis, Christian, is a great guy and knowledgeable. He kind of shares with me his opinion after each visit. If I'm here at the house, he shares with me what he's found, what he hasn't found and what he did. When they leave it smells great. Christian would acknowledge what he did, what he saw, what he didn't see, how things are and how things aren't.

Christian did a great job. He searched for evidence of rodents and set traps and followed up.

I purchased the rodent control package when I noticed a rodent in my garage. The package included four visits and the technician Chris inspected the exterior of the house for potential entry points. He recommended that I seal some exterior areas of the house and purchase a door guard. He was very thorough, professional, conscientious and was willing to come early in the AM to accommodate my work schedule. He went out of his way to tell me that I needed to have an HVAC person out because my duct work in the attic was disconnected. He was focused on providing great customer service which I appreciated. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The service worked out very good. We were very happy with them. We are very happy with them. They added some value to the service. The cost was fair. There were no issues. They were very punctual.

Chris checked the evidence of rodent infestation in our kitchen cabinets; placed several traps; explained how they might get in, and checked the traps at about weekly intervals, placing new or different traps when he thought necessary. He also repaired the stucco flashing where he suspected the rodent had entered. Chris explained everything he was doing and even removed some raccoon (???) droppings we discovered on our roof. His return visits were punctual and No more evidence of rodents!!

They called before showing up, they were always on time and they performed the service that I asked for. Everything I expect out of a service that I am paying for.

Ben was very friendly and professional. It's not a nice problem to have, so I sincerely hope I don't have the problem again. However, I would definitely call him should it occur.

We had a problem with ants and fleas, and so far it is good. No complaints so far. The person that came out was very polite. When they said they'd come back, they came back. You can trust them.

They were pretty good. They communicate well about when they’re coming and call before coming. Michelle is fantastic to work with.
