Thery were timely and did a good job.

I purchased a Big Deal from this company for exterior pest control for one year for $199. They have been great. They come four times a year and spray the exterior of our home for ants and bugs. I asked them to please use the most environmentally safe materials possible, and they complied. The gentlemen who spray are always very professional and cordial. If I am not home, they do the work anyway. At one time this summer, we had a few ants in our home between the last time they sprayed and the next time they were to spray. I asked them to please come out again, which they did. They said that it was a particularly hot and dry time of year and ants were looking for water. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We were very happy with service tech Chris. We purchased Big Deal coupon for rodent inspection and abatement. Service tech Chris was a careful, respectful, hard worker; very responsible and easy to deal with. He did an inspection of our attic and placed traps up there. He inspected the outside of the home (including the roof) and recommended we seal one area, which could be an entry area for rodents. He returned as promised to check the traps and seal that area. he made this as quick and painless as possible, despite the heat. All in in all were happy with everything

All Cities has been here four times for regular maintenance and once for an ant problem. We are very pleased with the service in general and the prompt response to the ants in the kitchen. Chris has taken care of us since we contracted with them in January. He explains everything he will be doing that day, is punctual, pleasant and courteous as is Barbara in the office.

I called from Angie's List and was able to get services the next day. They accommodated my need for an 8am service call. Their staff was knowledgeable, very professional and made me confident that the problem would be eliminated.

We were not aware that a bee hive had been established in a side yard. Grandson and his dad were passing under the tree and believe the grandson's head might have brushed the bottom of the hive. The bees responded by chasing them as well as their dog around to the front of the house. All received multiple stings. Believe they were the africanized bees due to the distance they pursued them. I checked Angie's list and called All Cities. The young man who responded was courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived when he was supposed to, disposed of the bees and gave me info about followup. Would not hesitate to call them again.

I wasn't at home when they came because I was at work; so I have no idea about the quality of work performed. I just let them in. They were reasonably priced. I have used pest control companies before as well, and I see no change which is good news.

What they did worked. After a very short while the bees were gone. I was very satisfied with them. They got rid of the problem without me having to spend money on some expensive treatment that wasn't going to be necessary.

Called in this company on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Responded within hours as company was on another job at the time of the call. Rendered the bees harmless and returned a few days later to remove any traces of honeycomb, etc. It was necessary to cut through the roof into the attic space to complete the job. After removing bee material, they secured the opening in the roof against the elements until a roofer could make roof repairs. The exterminators were very professional and kept me informed of any problems at the site. They called to let me know when they were coming and were on time.
