Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $330 for 1 year of Bi-Monthly Pest Control Service. That service so far has been very good. My husband has dealt with this company mostly.

Description of Work: I took the offer to help control fleas in my home. They are are great company because they used organic products. This is what I needed for me beloved four legged family members.

Description of Work: I got a bi-monthly pest control service for a year. The house I moved into was infested with spiders and catapillars! The service man that came out had never seen anything like it! There was spider webs and shells from cocoons all over the outside of the house. Trust me we were ready for Halloween already! The service man cleaned all that up and sprayed inside and out. Every since out 1st service which was in July we haven't had a problem like that again. It has really helped cut down on the spiders and other pests. The service man always gives my a call prior to coming out to make sure we are home and is always nice and professional. I would definitely recommend and or use this company again.

Description of Work: Advanced contract for service for a year. Very responsive. Very courteous and professional. Always the same technician which makes you comfortable that he knows what to do. I have Koi fish so he is very careful.

Description of Work: Firstly, Barbara answered my calls. Barbara is marvelous. She is knowledgeable, articulate, pleasing, and hears what is being said and requested: she is a good listener. I called for two different homes that I am taking care of for my family. With each call she attentively listened and offered what she estimated to be the treatment and the cost. Both calls, made at about the same time, were for ant removal: one home was in University City, and one was in Lakeside. The ants had taken over practically over night outside and/or inside! I believe that Dan was the service agent. Dan was on time, courteous, professional and thorough, Each family shared with me how well they felt the job had been completed and, when interacting with the agent, how respectful he was. Dan called the residents to make an appointment convenient for them which they greatly appreciated. He advised them to call him back if any problem continued. Dan also called me with a verbal summary report; later came the written report, just as he had advised. The date the work was completed is approximate. The amount spent is per job.

Description of Work: several rodents had perpetrated my outer walls of the house. ACPC was able to find the problem, eliminate the rodents and patch work to be done. On a different note, Corky's service was more interested in trying to UP-SELL other services than hearing about the problem I had that needed solving. I was passed around to 3 different people before I could get a word in. When they didn't show up for the appointment on the day we agreed on, I call All Cities and they were out the same day.
