Sonoma county Rates $60 per hour. 2 hour minimum……… Marin & San Francisco county rates $75 per hour 4 hour minimum NOTHIN22IT I am Solo Handyman who pays close attention to detail to complete every clients request with efficiency to perfection. Custom Designs, Repair, maintenance and improvements. I do not have a crew or a helper. I work time & materials. I can only bid jobs up to $500.00 I normally do not do FREE estimates, but my proven record to give my clients valuable service at a decent price & can be seen by my reviews. I can provide references beyond ANGI, if requested.

Services we offer

Anything to do with repairs, replacement, maintenance or new builds. From foundation to roofline of a home, building or structure. INCLUDES, but not limited to: Doors, windows, painting, caulking, sheetrock, mud & tape, basic electrical & plumbing, bathrooms & kitchens, decks, steps, fences & gates. Locks, latches, doorknobs, cabinets, general finished and unfinished carpentry. Baseboards, trim, screen repair or replacement. Sinks, faucets, toilets, dryer vents, garage disposals, organization, cleaning, power washing, yard & garden work, closet doors & shelving systems, furniture repair and assembly, tile, grout, stucco. Concrete and roof patching in some situations. General repairs and replacements. Just ask!

For safety and liability reasons I tend to not take jobs that are too dangerous for one person alone. Although I have done everything below and above a building. Including lifting roofs, pouring foundations and builds from scratch Feel free to ask! If you need major work, I may suggest a specialist contractor in the following fields.
