I have been working with Pat for the last 10 years and highly recommend him. He pays attention to details, keeps you informed, and can work very hard for long days. Among other things, his largest job was completely replacing exterior siding that had suffered from dry rot. He was able to find the only source that matched my specialized siding. He has done a great deal of maintenance and repairs both inside and outside of my home.

It went great, Patrick did a wonderful job, he got it done in the right amount of time, reasonable price. I was very happy with his work, I will definitely hire him again.

Patrick did a great job clearing a ton of debris that was causing a fire hazard in our yard. The area is cleared and it looks great He was also able to fix a badly damaged garage door we thought may be irreparable. Patrick is honest, skilled, knowledgeable and efficient. We would definitely love to use his handyman services in the future.

Patrick was amazing. Friendly and timely. Besides repairing most of the steps, he was able to get a helper that worked very hard cleaning up the Ivy and undergrowth around the yard. Ended up removing garbage bags of Poison Oak around the house we were un-aware of.

Patrick Maloney did great work for us and we are already hiring again! We manage rental units which mean maintaining and FIXING around existing conditions--often taking creativity and patience. Patrick was prepared for anything, had taken initiative to do his homework BEFORE he arrived on-sites which is above & beyond AND most appreciated. He demonstrates great problem-solving and know-how for how things go together. I loved how he provides suggestions that made the outcome better but left the choice up to me. AND we got a ton of "little things" done because of both being prepared and his terrific communication/coordinating throughout the work. Easy to talk to, easy to call/text for check-ins and all about getting things done, and done well. He's a terrific value, skilled, fair and you can rely on him. Highly recommend Patrick!

Patrick was fantastic. He was communicative ahead of his visit, followed all CDC COVID-19 guidelines, and took care of each project both methodically and with care, all while being especially friendly and trustworthy. I plan to hire him again soon, and you should too!

Patrick did an excellent job patching a very large hole in a bedroom ceiling. It looks great. This will be the long term solution we were looking for.

First time I needed help pulling a deck away from the house so that we could rat proof the space between house and ground underneath. Lots of work, he went at it and we got it done. No rats since. Second time I had a garage loft that we removed and again, he got it done, hauled all that stuff to the dump, and then assembled pallet racks in the same place. Would have taken me days, with him it was barely an afternoon.

Patrick is a great resource, not afraid to take on any job, has all kinds of skills. Very strong and can do the work of two people. Terrific at organizing. Replaced a ton of siding on my house and did a remarkable job. Sometimes I have him repeat what I want just to make sure he understands. But if you saw my Pst To Do list you’d be amazed at his versatility.

Patrick was great. He did a magnificent job installing my custom closet and then a few weeks later he came back and hung cabinets in my bathrooms. He was neat, professional, and trustworthy. I’ll definitely have more work for him in the future and would highly recommend him.

It went very well. I had Patrick reattach some downspouts to my homes guttering. He also checked out a door causing us trouble. Just prior to this work, he did a big bathroom refurbishment for us. Very thoughtful, great communication, reasonably priced and a master of many trades. Will definitely hire him again! Great work!

Patrick offers creative solutions to repair work. He is thoughtful, personable, and finishes work in a timely fashion.

He came up with a better path for fixing it than I had imagined and he was able to get it done within just a few hours. This is the second time I've hired him and I imagine I will do so again in the future.

Things went great. P.J, is a good hard worker who gets his tasks done very well, and in a timely fashion. He did things so well and so quick that I had him do a few side repairs I needed to get done as well. He help remove decking and supports and also helped me with a gutter issue I was having.

Perfect! Patrick stayed in touch with me continually letting me know his availability. Once we had an exact date, he kept me apprised of his schedule and gave me an ETA. He came right on time. He is a treasure. Professional and reasonable. I will definitely call him again.

Patrick helped put some concrete slope around my house and sikalfex to seal the edges. He was very professional and did a great job. He was very good at doing his best to get things done within a reasonable amount of time. He would come to my place to check out everything, and he will be very honest and tell me if nothing needs to be done. Very different from many other contractors I have worked with. Overall, I would highly recommend Patrick for any work that needs to be done, and will hire him again for my repair work.

Everything went well. Patrick was able to finish everything the proper way in two days. He had all of the necessary tools including clean up. So when he left, the job wasn't just done......it was done, clean and professional.

Patrick was absolutely wonderful! My Dad’s upstairs bathroom pocket sliding door was unable to close at all. And this was days before Xmas when guests and family would be arriving. The house only has one other bathroom which is located downstairs. Not convient at all to have one working bathroom door for many people. Patrick responded immediately and understanding the need to have this fixed before Xmas, he was able to come out the next day. He was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He actually had to take off the trim to remove the door, fix the broken track, and reinsert the door and trim. When he was finished, the door frame/trim looked exactly the same. I couldn’t see any evidence of it having been off at all. And the pocket door worked perfectly on the track. He cleaned up everything, no mess, the area was left spotless. He also took 10 mins to fix an old curtain rod free of charge while he was there, which we think says a lot for how nice he is. We were very pleased and will definitely be using him again.
