Description of Work: They sent out two different technicians (one for termites and one for general pests) to assess my bug situation. They were very professional, prompt, and helpful. The technician who sprayed for Carpenter Ants was very thorough and explained what was going on to me. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had recently purchased a home that came with some hornet nests! Being that they were right by a major entrance way we knew if we ever wanted to leave the house this would need to be dealt with. Based on recommendations from this site we called the Hitmen. They came out within a few days of my calling and quickly got rid or our problem with the hornets, but not the bees as those are good!

Description of Work: Came and performed thorough inspection of property, recommended application of pest control. We had really wanted to use an organic pest control procuct, but the serviceman was able to explain the pros and cons of different products and reassure that the product hey use is environmentally sound. They were very professional and respectful, and did not pressure us to agree to a contract for more frequent applications than we wished.

Description of Work: Excellent customer service - calls and emails responded to quickly with very helpful staff. Estimate was done on the spot and the work done 2 days later. Used a product similar to "Frontline" which is used on pets to control fleas so I wasn't worried about the toxicity. They also have another product for very chemically sensitive individuals. Nestor who did the actual work was wonderful to work with - very considerate of the babies nap time, cleaned up afterwards and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: I was having an issue with some sort of rodent or animal under the house; rats? raccoons? I was hearing noises under the house and in the walls. Getting an appointment was easy; service tech timely and VERY professional. He spent quite a bit of time around and under the house to look for the problems. He stated that it looked like raccoons were the problem and detailed how his company would come back and close up all the entry points that led under the house and make "one way doors" in order to "exclude" the animals; they could get out but not get back in. After that work was done, there were a couple of follow up visits (all included in the price) to make sure that all was working according to plan and that all the animals were "excluded". This was back in April; I have not heard a peep since. I am satisfied and I would call them again if needed.
