I liked that he seemed knowledgeable, I liked that he was going to be available on an on-call basis when the tree was going to be removed, but I think the price was a little higher than we wanted.

I had Mark come out to service my HVAC system. We recently moved into our house and the fan was blowing constantly. Turned out to be a simple adjustment on the thermostat, but rather than charge me an hourly service rate ($125/hr., I think it was) he only charged me for the standard yearly servicing, $89.00. He was very thorough and professional.

Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner.

They were great. He was very helpful and good. We are still trying to get the money together to get the job done. We will be using them for heating and AC soon. He fixed the problem with our plumbing which others could not figure out. He was super professional. He was nice, efficient, and clean. He was great. He was very friendly and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him to others.

We were satisfied with his explanation because it was in layman terms. He was very clear about what needed to be done and he did it within the amount of time he said it would take. He had an assistant and they worked very hard putting it in and making sure it works. Then after wards they explained what it did and what kind of filters to get. It was like a full service that you would like to have from any service. This guy from the beginning to the end was very professional and explained everything. We felt very, very satisfied.

Very well. Took only 3 days from start to finish. It was partially set up for him in advance by my boyfriend but his expertise was crucial. I needed 2 things done. I wanted a regular hot water heater removed and a tankless put in. 2nd I wanted a wall unit drain installed rather than a big old washtub drainage. He did both and also inspected my shower pan which I thought was faulty and he said was just fine. What a relief that was!!! He is very knowledgable and knows his way around any plumbing issue. He doesn't cut corners in quality. He's a great welder also. I would use Mark again with confidence on any plumbing issue big or small.

It went great. Mark quoted a fixed price and he stuck to it. He explained everyting he was doing and why. He pointed out that our low flow toiltes were very old models and would probably need replacing soon. Mark is fast and efficient and it was a pleasure having in our home doing the work.

When Mark (marc?) arrived, he was a few minutes late but had called to let me know so that was ok. He introduced himself and I explained the problem and showed him to the kitchen and he got right to work. It took him about 60 min or so to install the dishwasher and fix the sink, and along the way he stopped to explain when I had questions. He also took the time to educate me about my system, about what kind of dranage is best for dishwashers, and helped me make a choce when two solutions were equally ok but one was more expensive in terms of parts and labor. He also took an unscheduled, and very brief look at another non-severe plumbing issue on the exterior of my home and educated me about the location of my pipes and how to understand the water meter. A very positive experience overall.

The job went very quickly-he really knew what he was doing and did not waste a minute. we flet like the price was very fair.

We had ignition problems with a 3 year-old water heater, that had a 12-year warranty. Mark returned my call promptly on a Thursday, could answer all my questions and helped me obtain replacement parts overnight from the manufacturer, so that he could make the repair the next day. The manufacturer held up their end pretty well too, agreed they would overnight the parts. I found it interesting that after talking to Mark on the phone, he had provided so much info that I could have easily hired someone else to do the job, or even tried it myself. But he seemed so confident and knowledgeable, those other possibilities seemed like poor options. It turned out that his predictions that the manufacturer would provide the valve easily, but fight over the thermo-coupler, and that the problem was most likely both parts or just the thermo-coupler, were both correct. He arrived right on-time, performed the work in the time-frame he had given, and didn't make much of a mess (it was a wet job and we were in the garage). Before leaving, he made sure I could reach him all weekend in case something went bad. But it didn't and its been about 6 weeks since the job.

Our sewer line backed up the very first night in our very first home. Of course this happened at 11:00 pm on a Sunday night. Being new residents to the state, we knew no one to call. We turned to Angie's List for guidance. I am so glad we did. I read the reviews for plumbers in the area, and Cherry Hill seemed like the best fit. I called Mark on the following Monday morning at 8:00am. He was very helpful and reassuring. He said he would be at the house between 2 and 3:00pm. He said he d call me when he was on his way. Sure enough he called as he said he would, and was at my door at 2:30. He had to remove the toilet in order to use his snake machine to resolve the problem. After many tries to clear the line, and one broken snake head, it was discovered that the stoppage was greater than first thought. He turned the snake off and did not rewind it. In an effort to locate the blockage, he left the snake unwound, and manual removed it from the line. This was so he could measure the length of the snake and determine where in the line was the stoppage. It was discovered that the blockage was about 10 feet from the street. Mark took the time to explain each step, and explained the possible problems we may face. He explained that they would need to dig up the pipe to see what was causing the problem. The house was built in 1955 and if the original pipes were in place it would be in our best interest to replace them. We greed to the work and the start day and time would be Tuesday morning at 7:00pm. Mark gave me a flat fee for the work that was to be done, this meant no matter how much work they would do to find the problem and unearth the pipe, our quote would not change. He was very clear in what his offer would include, when the work would be completed and how each day would unfold. Sure enough Mark and his crew Ruben and Tony, showed up at the agreed upon time and began the work. They worked throughout the next 2 days to unearth and replant the new pipe. By Wednesday afternoon as predicted by Mark, I was able to use the facilities. Mark and his crew were very professional, responsive and respectful. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.

I had a' little drip' at the hose bib against the house. When I had the area dug out, it turned out to be several 'little drips'. Once I saw that it was not just a pipe wrench job, I called a professional plumber I had worked with before. The estimate came back at $5000. After picking myself up off the floor, I said I would get back to them. I immediately signed up for Angie's List and typed in that I wanted a plumber within 20 miles of my house with an 'A' rating. I got one name that fit the bill and that was CHERRY HILL PLUMBING & HEATING. Mark was quick to respond to my call and came out with an estimate that afternoon. His estimate was much less than the previous plumber's. He was punctual, factual, tidy, comfortable to have on my property, and the work is fantastic. We now have better water pressure in the house and garden, which was just a bonus. I expect the water bill will also improve. I now have CHERRY HILL PLUMBING & HEATING on my list of service providers I will use again and recommend to others.

He came to help me out despite a very busy schedule. He was friendly, he was clear and he was very knowledgeable. I was also pleased with how he didn't pressure me to have the job done.

Mark is prompt, reasonable and does great work. He is is comfortable in high end work as well as quick fix small jobs. I have had bad plumbing experiences in the past so Mark has been a relief to work with. He is very knowledgeable, explains things well and gives you options to choose from. For an upcoming countertop installation project, he has provided me with "need to know" info about the purchasing process so there won't be problems down stream when he installs the new faucet (e.g. thickness of plywood, etc.). He is utterly trustworthy and gets done what needs to be done, neatly, on time and within budget.
