Mark is the owner/operator of Cherry Hill Plumbing &Heating, and he was prompt and prepared, very willing to share the details of his work, what he will do, why it needs to be done, he even drew diagrams to show us parts of the plumbing that we couldn't see under the house. He really lives and breathes his profession and stands by his work. He even unclogged a slow running bathtub for us free of charge. He is respectful of your home and keeps the work area tidy. We will definitely call Mark when we can afford to have all our heating ducts replaced under the house.

The service went fine. Two technicians came out and completed the service within a good part of the day. It is a double sided wall heater so the job is a little more complicated. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with. I believe it was the owner and a son who came out. I had no problem scheduling their service.

Mark was freindly, prompt and came a very long distance to give us an estimate.

aThe master bath is on the second floor over the kitchen. We became aware of the leak when water began to run down the kitchen wall and called for a plumber. Cherry Hill provided an estimate which we accepted. He worked us into his schedule and came out on the date and time promised. He and how helper were careful of our carpets and hardwood floors as the came through the house to get to the master bath and again later as they did the work. They turned on the shower to see the leak for themselves then removed the shower fixture to expose the piping. They found a leak in a valve and repaired that but then found the water continued to come down the wall when they tested the repair. This time they found that the seal in the drain in the floor of the shower was broken and had to be replaced. However they found it was corroded because the shower pan was not properly braced causing movement that put stress on the seal and broke it. He offered me several alternatives providing the costs and risks associated with each, I chose one and he did the work. The shower has not leaked since. He and his helper were prompt, professional and careful not to make a mess. Also he treated me like reasoning adult, talking to me about what he fouynd and about options for repairing the damage. We were pleased and would use him again.

It didn't the guy flaked out.

Mark tried to solve a problem with my gas wall heater not working correctly. He stuck with it until we had a solution that would work for the holiday and offered his personal number so I could call him if needed. Very professional and persistent!

They only came out once and did what I needed done. I have used them a couple of times. The faucet has been working great ever since they fixed it. The owner was really responsive when I called. He is running his own business, is conscientious and seems like a hard worker. They were great.

Mark is easy to work with, punctual, communicates and answers emails/voicemails pretty quick. He knows the plumbing business and offers great advice. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

Mark was able to come within a day or two of us calling. He did the work within a couple of hours, brwas professional (as he always is) and did quality work. This is the fourth time we've used Mark. He installed our furnace just over a year ago. We love working with him.

Over the course of about two months (July and August 2013) and over $15,000 of work, I can give a comprehensive evaluation of Mark Hilla from Cherry Hill Plumbing regarding the quality of his work and his customer service skills.The quality of his work ranged from poor to excellent. I felt I had to constantly negotiate what I wanted with him. When he finally did what I asked him to do his work was timely & professional. However, his emotional nature often made me feel insulted, disrespected and was very taxing.I feel his customer service skills really need an upgrade.If you are going to hire him be aware that the work will be ?his way or no way? and you will have to fight him to get what YOU want.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He was responsive and efficient; everything you want and need in a plumber. We definitely got quality work and materials. We plan to use Cherry Hill Plumbing again when we do our bathroom remodel in the future.

We tried to turn on our furnace last fall and lo and behold it quit working. We left him a message over the weekend and he called us back to set up a Monday appointment. He was very prompt and provided a number of affordable options. By Wednesday we had a working furnace. I will rely on him for future plumbing needs.

Mark was very conscientious, curious and thorough. He suggested remedies over the phone that could have possibly saved him the trip and me the expense and he was very courteous and communicative around schedule. He stopped by initially to inspect my issue and to get specific info on parts on 7/2. Then he came back today 7/3 to install the thermostat. He only charged me for one visit plus the cost of the thermostat. I will use him in the fall to service the furnace and other plumbing as the need arises.

Punctual, professional, reasonably priced, did a great job, got the sink unplugged and came after 5PM on a Friday of a 3-Day Weekend, so I was relieved and appreciative.

When I contacted him, he came that day and provided. Quote. We hired Mark and he came out a few days later with his apprentice. The job took many hours and the job was very well Done.

Both times that Cherry Hill plumbing has been here the experience has been positive, friendly, and Mark and his assistant have done the job correctly.

I called Cherry Hill plumbing for an estimate. They showed up on time and provided a written estimate for the work. I got another estimate form another plumbing company. I decided to go with Cherry Hill even their estimate wad about 5% higher because they were prompt and provided a detailed estimate after descussing several alternative solutions. I called back and set up a time for the work to be done. Cherry Hill showed up on time and did the work. The work was high quality and competed when promised and on budget.

Mark returned my call within the same day. He was able to schedule me the next day which worked out well. He brought his assistant and probably spent more time at our home than planned but he had good solutions for a gas fireplace starter that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I'd definately use his service again.

I was out of town when my tenant called to tell me that his unit had a main water leak. I called Marc at Cherry Hill Plumbing. He returned my call within the hour. I explained I couldn't meet with him but had a major water leak at a property I owned. He checked out the situation the same day, gave me an estimate and let me know he would work with the tenant to get the problem fixed. Marc took care of everything including setting up a temporary water supply for my tenant, pulled a permit, completed the job in a day and had the job signed off the next day. The price he quoted was the price I paid even though Marc had to come back several times when the tenants didn't show up for an appointment. Marc has my plumbing business from now on.

My experience was very good. They were prompt in what to do. They did an additional work that was a problem for them. I can really trust them. What struck me was the promptness and knowing that I can get a quality job. I have used them before.

We had a mystery leak coming from the corner of the kitchen. Once we discovered we had a leak, we turned off the water supply to the house. Then we called Cherry Hill Plumbing. They were busy and could not come out until the next day. The next day they arrived and they determined the leak was coming from the refrigerator. Mark and Ryan moved the refrigerator and fixed the leak. As a value add they also showed us how to turn of the water supply to just the kitchen as opposed to turning off the supply to the entire house. Mark also showed how to identify a possibly leak by observing the water meter when all the water in the house is turned off. Before leaving Mark and Ryan cleaned up spotlessly including the stuff under the refrigerator. Mark and Ryan were very friendly and professional. Cherry Hill will be the plumber we call first in the future.

Had Mark Hill from Cherry Hill plumbing over during the holidays to replace two of my toilets, which has seen better days. I called him first, chose the toilets I was interested in, he picked them up and installed them. Also had him replace a kitchen faucet since he was going to be here. Excellent work. I would definitely call him again for any other plumbing needs.
