The initial call was to determine the location of a leak in master bath. It was determined during the investigation that the master toilet was not secured to the floor. The plumber fixed that problem, although he did have to add a second wax seal after he discovered a leak. As it was late in the day he had to come out another day to find the leak. Upon the second visit he discovered the leak. He quoted the cost to replace both shower faucets, neck and shower head. After agreeing he only replaced one sde of the dual shower as he didnt have parts for both

We wanted a good quality counter depth fridge for a house we recently purchased in Santa Rosa. Neighbor recommended looking at TeeVac, so we went down. They were very helpful in working through our needs, and recommending a fridge which would work well for us. That was the easy part. The fridge had to be ordered, would take about 2 weeks. We arranged to be at the new house in two weeks and set a delivery date. On the day before the delivery, I called in to check and make sure everything was on track. Yup, all set and ready to go. Shortly after my checking in, I got a call back. They were checking the fridge out & preparing it for delivery, and noticed the rubber gasket on the freezer door was 'out of shape'. They indicated they had tested it, and it did not affect the performance, and asked if I would be willing to take delivery. They would order a replacement door to be installed at a later date. I was hesitant, and asked how long I would have to wait for an entire replacement unit, and they indicated it would be another 2-3 weeks. Not wanting to go another 3 weeks w/out the ability to keep food in the house, I agreed. Delivery man was prompt, on time the next day, installed the fridge, and pointed out the gasket, indicating the new door was on order. Two weeks later, I swung in to check to see when the replacement door would be arriving. The parts manager checked over her books, went into the back, and came back out and said she would call me with an update, as they needed to talk to the person ordering the parts, who was out for the day. Received a call later. They said someone had marked off on the repair request that the new owner (me) had called and said everything was ok, don't worry about the door. So, they had cancelled the repair. It's now back on, and they tell me they won't replace the door, rather they will just replace the gasket on the existing door. (Now I know my reluctance to take a defective product should have been heeded.) So, the gasket is on order, and we're waiting for a time after the holidays to install it. I hope everything goes well. They were most apologetic about the mix up, and are bending over backwards to try to get this resolved...just hard to coordinate. So, aside from MY mistake of accepting the bad door, things have gone like they sometimes do. You have to follow up and be persistent...but they are listening and working to make it right. Better than the experience I've had with other locations.

We were notified by the city that our water meter was 'running out of control', which indicated we had a major leak somewhere, and they shut us off. Called Cherry Hill, and they came out the next day (at my request for the next day) and quickly narrowed down the problem to the main line between the street meter and the house. Exactly where, it was going to be difficult (and expensive) to check out. They looked at the condition of the pipe at both ends, and suggested we just abandon the old line and install a new line to a new location. We discussed the pro's/cons of fixing vs installing new, and since there were some major trees in the path of the old line, we chose to install new, He had his crew out the next morning, opened the new trench and installed the new line to a location I chose towards the back of the house, where it was more convenient for access. They hooked me up, left me nubs for later installation of a sprinkler system, directed me as to how I could get a rebate back from the city for the likely huge water bill coming (and it was huge!!!). They even came back out on a moments notice when, the next day, I called and said it seemed like the pressure was lower now. They knew exactly what the situation was (pressure setting on the valve), came right out and reset it. We then walked every outlet to check that things were working just right. They called later the next week just to make sure no more issues had come up. I was VERY happy with their service and responsiveness. My cross the street neighbor asked about what had been going on. When I told him, he indicated he had the same problem earlier in the year, did the same solution. However, his contractor was much more expensive, and he thought we got a very good price point with our situation. He took down the contractor info as he had some more work he wanted to do in the back.

Responded quickly. Professional. Easy to work with. Came prepared with a new disposal, in case I needed one. Cleaned up thoroughly.

We thought we needed a new water heater and were pleasantly surprised with an ecomical repair.

Mark was great - came out and gave an estimate - then he offered some options. No pressure, just options. When I expressed concern over cost he capped the labor and made it so I could afford to have him do the install - which really did simplify my life.

A tenant called on a Friday to report that the thermostat was not working and there was no heat. I called Mark mid-morning and although he had two other service calls, he made it to the property before 6:00 pm. He got the furnace working to maintain heat in the house over the weekend (it was going to be very cold) and called to give me an evaluation of the problem along with options for repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, considerate of cost and took the time to explain the matter so I could make the best decision on how to proceed. After authorizing the work, he told me when he would replace the thermostat (it took a day to locate from a supplier) and that he would call when the repair was completed. He did everything exactly the way he said he would. Over the weekend, another tenant in a nearby city e-mailed me that the hot water heater was going out and was not re-heating for hours after a shower. As soon as Mark completed the job on the thermostat, I asked if he could look at the water heater. Since it was some distance, he took the tenant's number to ask questions to try to diagnose the problem before making the trip. I will submit a separate report, however, the bottom line is that he did a great job there, too. Of all the service work I have had done in my home and several rentals, he is the best in my book.

The tenant e-mailed to say that the water heater was failing to re-heat for hours after a shower. Also, she said the house is very cold unless the furnace runs constantly. Since I had just had such a good experience with his repair work on another rental, I asked Mark if he could take a look. He called the tenant to try to diagnose with a few questions over the phone since the property was outside the area. He went the following day and determined the problem was a broken water heater. I asked him to replace it and he did an excellent job. I had also asked him to service the furnace since this was a recently acquired property and i had no history or knowledge of the condition of the heating system. He reported his evaluation to me clearly and completely. After servicing, he said the furnace should be adequate to keep the house sufficiently heated and comfortable . I trust his judgement and will not hesitate to call him in the future.

The visit went very well. He fixed everything that could be fixed and told us exactly what to do about what could not. He was professional and described everything he was doing. He was very knowledgeable about the work. He gave good advice.

I have used Cherry Hill before and defiantly wanted to use Mark again. Mark came out earlier this spring to give me an estimate on replacing a sump pump under our rental condo. We decided to wait till things dried out under the condo. August arrived and it was time to replace the pump. Mark arrived on time with all the materials and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. Some extra parts needed to be replaced and he was prepared for the situation. The cost of the replacement came right in on budget.

As it turned out, he was going to arrive about 15 minutes late for our appointment, and he called to let me know of the delay so I wouldn't be concerned. He was very efficient and clearly very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the experience, and will definitely call him again.

The owner seemed to be knowledgeable and when the work was getting done, he was here a hundred percent of the time. He didn't just job it out but he was here all the time which we were happy with. The work went very well. We had one other bid which was approximately the same price so I would say it was comparable. He gave us some discount on the materials. When he said he was going to be here, he was one minute before and that was like spot on.
