Description of Work: repair of leaking pipes in several location in large property built in early 1900's. work was competed timely and on budget. I will use Cherry Hill Plumbing again for my plumbing needs in Sonoma.

Description of Work: Mark installed a new high efficiency furnace and carted away the large 30 year old furnace. When I complained that the cold air return was too loud he came back and adjusted it at no charge.

Description of Work: Very punctual, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Will use them again and recommend them in my area.

Description of Work: Mark came out quickly for a service call to asess what was wrong with our heating system. Our computer board had some bad components. He gave us the full gamet of what our options were and supported our decision in the least aggressive solution and repairs. Mark is professional and respectful. His communication style makes it easy to follow technical explanations and descriptions. If my mom lived in town, I'd send him over in a heartbeat. The price of the service is largely based on the cost of the computer board, which I received a 5% discount from an Angie's List coupon.

Description of Work: We called Cherry Hill to repair a gas wall heater. the service was prompt, the explanation of the problem was clear and the possible solutions were identified for us. We made a choice and arranged for Cherry Hill to return and complete the planned repair. Every phase of the work was clear, clean, professional and quick. we are completely satisfied and will use Cherry Hill Plumbing in the future.

Description of Work: We had a gass leak on our dryer, He found it and fixed it. He reset all of the pipe fittings. Then fully testd the line.

Description of Work: I asked for an estimate on replacing a water pressure regulator. The plumber stopped by my house, discussed the problem with me, tested the existing regulator, and gave me an estimate. As far as I know, the estimate was quite reasonable. I did not use the service because the regulator turned out to be covered under a home warranty policy, and the warranty company insisted on using their own plumber.

Description of Work: Mark, the owner, is a very personable, experienced, honest young man. He is prompt, does not charge for estimates, knows his line of work well and gives you the straight story. He has fair prices. He also explained what he was doing and why, which is more than some of the plumbers I have dealt with in Santa Rosa. He has integrity which is why I believe he does well in his business. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a a plumber with a good attitude and is humble.
