Description of Work: I had some air quality issues in my loft. We have lots of exposed wood and were concerned about musty woody smell. I contacted Charles. He came out the same day and did air quality testing. We had readings above 1million particles per...he recommended duct cleaning and new Hepa filter. We negotiated a price that I was happy with...then he came back the next day, as scheduled, and he and an assistant cleaned the coils, ducting, and installed the new filter. The work was very efficient and effective. He resampled the air and our air quality numbers went from 1million+ down to below 100 thousand. But more importantly...the air feels clean and no more woody musty smells. My wife is very happy...that makes me very happy! Money well spent :). Thank you Charles! Great job!

Easy, done in a day.
Description of Work: They cleaned out all 17 AC and Heating vents, changed filters, the drier vent, and spray cleaned it all. They accidentally quoted for $235 vs $325 which was a good deal and they honored it. My HVAC is working much better and my son's allergies have improved.

Prompt, business like, pleasant and informative.
Description of Work: The worker showed up promptly, and began by cleaning the upstairs air conditioning unit, each outlet, very thoroughly. He then proceeded to the downstairs ducting, using his huge vacuum on each outlet in turn. He also cleaned the washing machine exhaust and fan in the powder room.

It was great. They were helpful and polite when I called. Igor showed up on time, even though his truck had broken down the night before. He was friendly and efficient. He explained the process and told me what he found when cleaning the ducts. He discovered that the vents had been installed upside down, and fixed them for me. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Rude and 'tude would sum my experience up. Unbelievable that this woman is working in customer service. Needless to say, there are plenty of other companies out there who employ polite and respectful people. I am still stunned that she hung up on me. How very rude.
Description of Work: I called and asked if they do dryer air vents. The woman said nothing but a string of numbers. She repeated the numbers again. I asked if she meant her company does not do dryer vents and the numbers are a phone number of a company that does. She said yes and rattled off numbers again. I started to read them back to her, erroneously apparently. She was exasperated with me, rattled off the other company's name, said, "Look them up, they're in the phone book," and hung up on me.

Technician Igor arrived on time, was very polite, and was extremely knowledgeable about air duct systems. When we described problems we've been having with dust and our filter (we have 2 big, hairy dogs), he found another source of the dust and took care of it, as well as offering helpful advice about filters. Igor cleaned up after himself and I will be calling him again when we need the ducts cleaned. It was well worth paying a little more than the price you find from other companies in the newspaper ads.
Description of Work: All air ducts and vents were checked, cleaned and sanitized. Clothes dryer vent was cleaned out. Air flow from all vents was balanced.
