The end result was good, but as I said above, it was much more complicated and pricey than the original estimate.

Scheduled an appointment for the day after I called. Arrived on time and the work was completed in a timely manner. The air vents had not been cleaned in a long time and I can tell a real difference. Charlie was very pleasant and informative. CLeaned up the area and, overall, did a great job! Also received a discount since I was a member. Will definitely use the company again.

Very well, Punctual, very professional. My ducts were extremely dirty with accumulated cat hair but there was no problem, no up charge or extra time. My filter was in terrible shape and is a special large unit - he had one in his truck an sold it to me at his contractor price, and told me where and how to get additional filters from a specialty supplier at the discounted price and install them myself.

The owner called me and arranged a time to check the problem. After looking over the situation, he and an assistant immediately cleaned the vents and stabilized the problem vent. They recommended replacing the shared 2" dryer vent with a dedicated 4" dryer vent and recommended Air Duct and Dryer Vent Services to install the 4" vent and called them at my request so that I could arrange a time for the work to be done.

He was very nice. He was very prompt in responding to my call, and came the day before Christmas. He cleaned the dryer vent and attached the hose with a special piece.

The company gave me an estimate over the telephone and gave me an appointment for the same week. They called me back to say they had a serviceman in my area that day to perform the service which was convenient for me. The serviceman was very competent, professional and agreeable. He was neat, clean, and polite and explained the cleaning process in detail. He completed the work in the time allotted and gave additional helpful suggestions for future maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and to use them again.

They showed up on time. They did a good job. The quality of their work improved my air quality, making it cleaner and there is a very low level of dust than what there was before.

Good overall experience. We would definitely bring back this company. There was some cleanup I had to do, and thought they would do it, but the price was right, and our technician, Igor, couldn't have been nicer.

Arrived on time. Charlie, the owner, came himself with a helper. I was trying to problem solve poor air quality in the house. The ducts had never been cleaned (16yrs) and it made a big difference in the air quality to have them cleaned out. Charlie was helpful in suggesting other things that might help our situation. Very personable and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this company.

They did a great job, using a hepa-filter vacuum to clean out the ducts.

Though one of the workers was not as clean in his work as the other, I would definitely hire this company again. The more professional worker of the two was concise in his responses, thorough in his work, and professional from beginning to end. I felt like the other worker was VERY new to the job and I was one of his test houses. Ultimately, the more experienced of the two oversaw all of the work and I was pleased at the end of it all and gave them a nice tip for their hard work, especially for completing jobs that were above and beyond what they were paid to complete, like replacing the screws as needed rather than re-using the old and cleaning the dryer air duct for free.

Great! They were on time, professional, and when I called, they were responsive. The quality of their work is great and their prices were good as well. They gave me a senior discount and guaranteed their work for one year. It was taking me about an hour to dry my clothes, now it will only take about 1/2 hour which save me money on energy.

Left a phone message late on a Friday before a long weekend and had my call returned on Saturday am. by Charles. Set up appointment for the following week. The day the work was to be done, Charles called to say he was running 20 minutes late due to traffic; arrived 1 hour late. He came with an assistant whose name I didn't catch, and who he left to do the bulk of the work while he went to the hardware store to buy me a new filter. While chatting with the helper I came to realize that this was not his first line of work, and he clearly seemed to be struggling with the simple task of removing and replacing the vent grills correctly. One was put back the wrong way around and another was crooked, which I pointed out and Charles later changed. The helper also asked me if I wanted to take the opportunity to clean the kitchen vent grille while it was down, but tried to replace it while it was still wet! The filter that Charles bought for me had to be cut down to size, but he bought the 3M type which he said was the best and didn't charge for it. He also noticed that there were gaps where the ducts weren't flush with the ceiling and taped them up with, what else, duct tape. To be honest, I don't think the amount of work they did warranted the price, especially since the helper didn't seem to know his job, but it was a standard quote given over the phone for the size of my house and the number of vents. It's a shame that my experience was colored by Charles' assistant; after speaking with Charles later I could tell that he knows his stuff, and it's obvious from what other AL members have to say that this is a respected company.

Service was prompt, efficient and only two days from the time Mr. Gigliotti appraised the work to the completion. We felt that we could trust him, and that the work was done well. When completed, he showed us the finished units and we felt we understood the mechanisms.

We called this company because we had one area of the house that wasn't getting much heat or cooling. We'd tried a couple of HVAC companies but they were telling us over the phone we needed new ducting (our ducts were put in by a previous owner in 2001). We thought we'd try having the ducts cleaned and inspected first. Igor arrived right on time and we told him about our problem, he went into the attic to take a look and found out one of the dampers was taped shut and had been probably since installation. Problem fixed in 3 minutes. Next he proceeded to clean out our ducts and kept us informed throughout the process. Really nice guy and probably the best $235 we've spent on our house so far.

I could only get an answering machine when I called. I called many times, and they only returned my call once.

Did a great job. Igor was prompt and helpful. Had to remove vents that were painted on, but asked first, telling me some paint might be chipped as a result but that couldn't be helped. Very pleased, and breathing easier.

Excellent. Fast response time, Robert Rocked! Very knowledgeable about his line of work. Answered all my questions, schooled me on some preventative measures I can take in the future, and when to know what to look for when things are starting to go arye. He was personable and VERY GREAT with my young son (three and a half) who was very interested and wanted to be by his side every minute. I did not mind having him in my home. Since my master bath stone was just sealed that day it was still wet so they came out AGAIN without any problem and cleaned the last duct. It was very easy to work with them.

Igor arrived promptly and explained the process. Since some of my vents had been painted over, Igor asked before he attempted to remove them. Additionally, he found that a duct had become detached which caused the cool air to blow into the attic and not the kitchen. He reattached the duct at no additional cost.
