Description of Work: This was as close to a perfect experience with a contractor as possible. The estimate was efficient and fair. They showed up on time both days. They were clean, kind, and quiet. Their work was excellent. This exceeded our expectations.

Description of Work: They replaced the tile lining our bathroom's tub enclosure, including stripping the old tile and replacing all the surrounding sheetrock. They did an excellent job, quickly, cleanly, on time and at a competitive price. I would unquestionably use them again.

Description of Work: They cleaned and re-grouted bathroom tub shower and floor - cleaned kitchen granite, applied poultice on granite because of mildew, re-grouted sink, cleaned kitchen floor and re-grouted.

Description of Work: This company was 'johnny on the spot'.....I got disgusted with my contractor and tried Angie's List. I called a couple of companies and J. J. Marble came out the next day....promptly, with booties on, to do my estimate. They had to dig up old linoleum with tile underneath it to the subfloor and re-tile in 3 bathrooms. Excellent work!! They polished my existing marble counter tops to a high sheen and they also laid down a new living room with tile. I plan on using them again for the rest of my house. I was completely satisfied. They went over and above what they were supposed to do and they were diligent hard workers. It was a pleasure dealing with Jose. I would recommend them to my family and friends in a hot second. Description of Work: Mr Cruz came for an estimate and dealt with my elderly mother. He was great! Very informative and punctual. We are still getting other estimates, so if Mr. Cruz does the work, I will rate him again.

Description of Work: Jimmy came by and gave us an estimate of costs. A couple days later he and his crew showed up on time on a Saturday morning and cleaned stone floors inside and out. He had missed a small section of stone when he surveyed and did his bid, and included that area with not extra charge. The flooring looks new. I would highly recommend JJ Marble Restorations.

Description of Work: I never take the time to write reviews, but Jose and his crew are absolute stars, and I feel they need special recognition. I have used other marble cleaning services, but these guys are in a class by themselves. Best quality and best value of any people who have ever worked on my home. Punctual, dependable and know their stuff. Quality/price ratio the highest I've experienced. We had been living with dirty travertine tiles for years that only brightened slightly with other (and more expensive) crews, but after JJ and crew finished they look nearly the way we got them ten years ago. They enter a room, move furniture, clean and then get everything back perfectly. They got an amazing amount of work done buy working fast, smart and with enough people to make the impact on our lives minimal. Perfect cleanup too. This is why I pay for Angie's List.
