I was thinking of knock down texture on the ceiling, but they suggested I consider a smooth surface. I am so glad that I did. Their work blew me away. The ceilings look so nice. Even the closet ceilings look amazing. The timeline was quite tight for me as I needed the job done before a set move in date. They were very good at being able to accommodate. The owner, Stephen, even worked with me on his birthday while at a friend's house for dinner. I contacted them again about a month later to do some patch work and painting of walls. Stephen again worked very professionally with me to get a quote for the job. He gave different itemizations as the intial quote was a bit higher than we expected. Given some issues that came up, I had to put this on hold and took about a month before getting back with him. When I did, he said he would call me back but never did. We decided to do do the job ourselves to save the money. All in all, I believe their work is very high quality and would use them again. Probably not a bad idea to get at least another quote.

On each project the team was on time, courteous, told me what they would do that day and how long it would take. I work so when I got home everything was cleaned up. In order to finish a certain portion or project for the day they would stay an extra hour, if needed, and I really appreciated that. All the hardware, screens, plus covers were put back in place and they even hung a few pics for me. Best team ever

I used this company last year to paint the front exterior of my home. They did a good job so I hired them again to come back this year and touch up the front entryway and refinish the front door. Stephan did a great job with the color and paint selection and the work was completed on time and to our satisfaction. I will use CertaPro again for all my painting needs.

I fired a painter I'd hired just days before the job was to be done. I had to scramble, and I was a mix of annoyed and panicked because I didn't want someone taking me for a ride because I seemed desperate. Further, I needed the painting done on a Saturday, so, in hindsight, he coulda charged me whatever he wanted--I had to pull the trigger quickly to set it in stone and move forward with this project. Stephen showed up--on time--went on a walk-through with me, took measurements, asked questions I didn't know mattered and shot me a rough pre-estimate, on the spot, and it was not only reasonable, but I think probably inexpensive. I haven't had many office suites painted in my 31 years, but based on what life and other things cost, I found his estimate--especially considering all the circumstances--to be remarkably reasonable. What's more, I trusted him instantly above and beyond what I felt towards the painter I'd fired 2 days before. I watch a lot of HGTV and too much Holmes on Holmes, so I'm hyper aware of most things that could be red flags, and I assume everyone is scamming me when it comes to home projects--like when I take my car in and always seem to need new tires. But when Stephen showed up, I was immediately at ease. Immediately. And then the job itself kinda became a foregone conclusion. Since everything was scheduled for a Saturday, I knew right away that with CertaPro at the helm, I wasn't going to have to leave my phone on all day and be anxious that there would be a million questions, or that I'd return and find a disaster. I've already hired them for a second job, no negotiations necessary.

Stephen was a total professional. Always up front and honest about pricing and the job. Very knowledgeable about environmentally friendly practices and products and lead-safe work.

I met with the owner Stephen, and we walked through so that he could confirm exactly what I wanted done. He volunteered his expertise when I asked him his opinion of colors or other questions. He was patient and professional, and offered to mix samples and paint small areas of the house so that I could see how the color looked as well. We spoke on a regular basis, both via email and phone to address any concerns. The same team of two showed up exactly on time like clockwork each morning. They were very polite and spoke English also, and seemed to have a good understanding. They worked diligently and did a good job. They started within the approximate time requested, (1 week later) according to a change in their schedule, but the job went smoothly and we are very pleased with the work.

Everything went well, and we were satisfied with the work. In fact, if we have the inside painted we will have them back as well.

CertaPro is reliable, professional, and very thorough in its work. They always ensure that the work space is left clean when they finish, and they double-check to make sure that you're satisfied with the job before leaving.

It is a very big deal buying and moving into your first home. I was very scrupulous in picking the companies that were doing the work. Steven, the owner of Certapro, made me feel comfortable with my decision from the start. I expected a man covered in paint to show up at my door, but to my surprise a well dressed, professional Stephen came to give me an estimate. He was very honest in saying that Certapro may not be the cheapest in town, but they are by far the best. I was definitely willing to shell out the extra money for a company that was fully insured and would provide the highest quality of work. I knew after receiving my estimate from Certapro that I didn't need to look any further. Steven's men showed up right on time and were such a nice group of guys. They took great care of covering my furniture and wood floors. They were diligent and clean. I really felt fine leaving them in my home when leaving for work. Steven called as the process was going to to make sure everything was going smoothly and didn't even flinch when I changed the color in the master bath three times! The job finished right on time and Steven came personally to check the work. I subsequently had a minor problem with a sticking window which he had fixed right away and free of charge. I can't say enough about Certapro Painters. I recommend them highly!!!!

The painters were punctual, arriving each morning at the stated time. They started to work immediately after arriving, with no down time except for lunch. At the end of the day, they cleaned up and left my home in good condition. We are so pleased with the work - and with the work ethic.
