Description of Work: They always do a great job for a good price.

Description of Work: Great service on the appliance but we had to wait for over a week for the service call.

Description of Work: I called and left a message and call back number. Did not get a return call.

Description of Work: Checked washer. It had a leak. Was not worth fixing. Told me what brand he thought was best. Richard and his son put it in for me. Didn't fix washer, just looked at it and charged 20.00.

Description of Work: These guys are pros. Within minutes of arrival my fridge was in pieces all over the floor and being run thru a series of diagnostics. It took them no more than 15 minutes to determine the problem. A part needed to be ordered and they were out the door after reassembling the fridge and getting it working for the short term, all within 30 minutes. When they came back with the part in a couple days the final repair was completed in 10 minutes. I can't recall ever seeing service people work with such efficiency and professionalism.

Description of Work: They replaced a fuse on my dryer and cleaned out the vent going to the outside of the house. The service they provided fixed my problem with the clothes taking forever to dry.

Description of Work: My fairly new refrigerator was building frost in the freezer. Rick arrived promptly within the 2 hour time frame and examined every aspect of possible causes. He rebalanced and reset the refrigerator/freezer and felt the problem was related to family leaving the doors open too long which caused the freezer to reset the defrost cycle when it was not needed.Ricks advice was to remove freezer contents, wipe down removing frost and observe over the weekend. I will call him back if this continues. The refrigerator doors now close automatically again.Rick also rebalanced my dryer and suggested a cushioned matt to prevent vibrations.

Description of Work: It turned out that the serviceman was an employee of the firm I purchased the refridge from. The company went out of business and he started his own repair service. He knew what he was doing and had the proper part with him. The freezer section was the problem and he fixed it quickly. I have had no further problems.
