"Tal was highly recommended by a friend of mine. He came to our house with a portfolio of all the beautiful remodeling jobs he had done. He sent a detailed proposal only a few days later. We had the first floor of our home remodeled which included: kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, and powder room. We had the fireplace totally redone with an electric insert installed. We had luxury vinyl flooring installed ,the popcorn ceiling removed ,recessed lighting, and walls painted. It all looks amazing I feel like I have a new house. Tal was wonderful. He helped us pick out the flooring and the quartz countertops to complement the white shaker cabinets I chose. Everyone that was involved in the remodeling were fantastic. The workers were all very professional and were there every day, except weekends) Tal came every day to check on the progress. He let me know what was going to be done that day and who was coming to do it. Tal always answered my text messages immediately when I had questions too. It took a total of about 7 weeks. They finished on my birthday! When it is time to remodel the 2nd floor we will definitely Choose Bay Builders . (I'm hoping next year) I have recommended them to several friends and neighbors. I LOVE the 1st floor of my home now!!!!!"

"Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."

"My husband and I are so happy with the work they did. Our front porch looks great. I also hired them to fix a wall of our rooftop deck. I have recommended Justin to a neighbor and he will be working on his house soon."

"The project was a 1938 home that was never remodeled, it needed new plumbing and electrical, updating the kitchen and master bath into this century! Interviewed 5 contractors and chose Build Ur Dream, and from the start it was a smooth process. First off, the Owner Eli, came out to the site, listened to the ideas of what was needed and the overall design of the finished project. I visited the showroom, met with Vincent the design consultant, who helped out with the flooring, fixtures, countertop and cabinets, Eli assigned Victore as the lead project manager, great communication with both via text and phone. Victore was a pleasure to work with, if a issue came up, as they do in a older home remodel, we as a team discussed the options and came up with a plan. Victore and the team worked everyday, I mean there was someone or something being done to move the project forward everyday, even Saturday and Sundays. My home was completed on time and in budget, 2 1/2 months from start to finish. Super happy with the work, craftsmanship and enjoying my home."

"The first guy who initiated the quote was amazing, that was Leon. Then everyone I met afterwards was not as connecting. The guys who came to do the work dint pay attention to details. They did not clean after themselves and they did not connect about what they were doing. I made a point of saying good morning. It seem like they did not want to do the job. as I have looked at the project since they left, I see gaps in the grout, grout not neatly spread in the cracks, etc. Lot of money for the workmanship that was done."

"Sahar at Black Diamond was a real find for us! In a little over 3 weeks, she and her crew transformed our drab, worn out and outdated patio into a gorgeous space reminiscent of a Tuscan villa. The carefully selected pavers and retaining walls have given a new beauty to our outdoor living area. The real charm of the area is seen at night with addition of the carefully designed lighting, giving it a bit of a calm Zen feeling. Sahar brings an infectious, confident energy and exceptional design aesthetic to her work. We loved her ideas and recommendations and the ease of working with her throughout the project. She is very hands-on with the subcontractors and effectively managed all aspects of the work—including necessary design changes that arose as the project progressed. She was effective in managing costs so that the project stayed within budget. Based on our experience, we look forward to working with Sahar again and highly recommend for landscape design and implementation."
